Description
Als milde Drücker sind hauptsächlich folgende Stoffgruppen bekannt und angewandt worden: Sulfite, Bisulfite, Thiosulfate, einzeln als auch in Gemischen mit Schwermetallsalzen, Dithionite, Polythionate sowie komplexe Pyrosulfite mit Schwermetallkationen u. a.Process for the floatation of lead / zinc ores is known are used in the selective flotation of ores, the galena and zinc blende as Contain main components, with often smaller proportions of sulfidic copper minerals and pebbles are present, so-called pusher reagents to passivate the zinc blende added, which allow galena or copper sulphides to float out with a high yield. In addition to the poisonous and therefore often reluctant alkali cyanides, the group is the so-called mild pusher known for a long time and with great success in the In practice. The following groups of substances are mainly used as mild pushers known and used: sulfites, bisulfites, thiosulfates, individually as well in mixtures with heavy metal salts, dithionites, polythionates and complex pyrosulfites with heavy metal cations, etc.
According to the invention it has been found that in connection with these as Salts of the sulfur-oxygen acids known to the zinc blending depressors Additions of alkali or zinc salts of oxymethanesulfonic acid [HO (H2) C - S 03H] or oxymethanesulfinic acid [H 0 (H2) C ₧ S 02 H] surprisingly leads to a particularly good separation of lead luster and zinc blende after the foam swimming method.
It is also known to press potassium ferrocyanide [Fe (C N) 6] K4 use of copper minerals. Zinc blende should not be depressed by this connection will. It has been found, however, that the latter only applies to pure zinc blende. It has been found that all depression and activation reactions in the Zinc blende is particularly evident on the accessory copper inclusions and the presence of copper ions in the pusher effect is of particular importance.
It has been found that potassium ferrocyanide when containing copper inclusions In connection with the well-known salts of the sulfur-oxygen-acids one dazzles exerts a reinforcing pusher effect.
The good effectiveness of the compounds according to the invention is due to the following Experiment examples explained Experiment I A German lead / zinc ore containing copper gravel with 1.780 /, Pb, 4.670 /, Zn and 0.25%, Cu was ground to a grain size below 0.2 mm. During the grinding, 350 g / t sodium zinc pyrosulfite were added as a pusher. It was floated with a turbidity of 300 g / 1 solids in a laboratory cell. On more Flotation reagents were needed: for lead-copper flotation 100 g / t sapinol and 50 g / t potassium ethylxanthate; for zinc flotation 300 g / t copper sulphate, 50 g / t Sapinol and 70 g / t potassium ethylxanthate.
A Pb concentrate with 76.39 % Pb and a Zn content of only 0.89% with a Pb output of 91%. The tests show the advantages of the additives according to the invention.
