Description

Die Rührstäbe eines Rührwerkes sind gerade, leicht gebogen, gewendelt oder in der Länge sinusförmig gewellt. Die Anzahl und Länge der Rührwerkstäbe sind ein entscheidender Faktor für die Erzielung des Mix- bzw. Rührergebnisses in einer bestimmten Zeiteinheit. Die Anzahl und Länge der Rührstäbe ist auf Grund der Größe des Rührgefäßes und die Anzahl hintereinander liegender Rührstäbe in Drehrichtung begrenzt. Außerdem stehen diese in Abhängigkeit der Konsistenz des Rührgutes. Bekannt ist, dass die Stäbe aus Rund- oder Flachmaterial hergestellt sind. Das Rundmaterial und in Drehrichtung stehende Flachmaterial ist strömungstechnisch ungünstig.
