Abstract

Description
Die Rührstäbe eines Rührwerkes sind gerade, leicht gebogen, gewendelt oder in der Länge sinusförmig gewellt. Die Anzahl und Länge der Rührwerkstäbe sind ein entscheidender Faktor für die Erzielung des Mix- bzw. Rührergebnisses in einer bestimmten Zeiteinheit. Die Anzahl und Länge der Rührstäbe ist auf Grund der Größe des Rührgefäßes und die Anzahl hintereinander liegender Rührstäbe in Drehrichtung begrenzt. Außerdem stehen diese in Abhängigkeit der Konsistenz des Rührgutes. Bekannt ist, dass die Stäbe aus Rund- oder Flachmaterial hergestellt sind. Das Rundmaterial und in Drehrichtung stehende Flachmaterial ist strömungstechnisch ungünstig. Sie sind in Drehrichtung axial hintereinander liegend angeordnet.The stirrers of a stirrer are straight, slightly curved, coiled or sinusoidally wavy in length. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, dass die Rührstäbe unabhängig von ihrer Form, Material und Gestaltung in Drehrichtung nicht im gleichen axialen Abstand zum Drehmittelpunkt stehen und damit in der Drehbewegung in die Verwirbelung des Vorstabes folgen. Das bedeutet, dass die Rührstäbe jeweils mindestens um eine Materialstärke des Rührstabes im Radius zum Drehmittelpunkt
Der Vorteil der technischen Lösung besteht darin, dass die projizierte Fläche der Rührstäbe bezogen auf die Drehrichtung vergrößert wird. Weiterhin wird der jeweils folgende Rührstab nicht in die Verwirbelung des vorlaufenden Rührstabes geführt, wodurch eine intensivere Durchmischung des Mischgutes erfolgt. Durch die Verwendung von z. B. Flachmaterial statt strömungstechnisch günstigen Materialien wie Rundstahl wird die Vermengung des Mischgutes erhöht.The advantage of the technical solution is that the projected area of the stirring bars is increased in relation to the direction of rotation.
