Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Speichern eines langgestreckten Mediums, insbesondere eines Textilgarnes. Gleiches geschieht bei Ereignissen wie Spulenwechsel, Fadenbruch usw., also immer dann, wenn der kontinuierliche Fadenlauf unterbrochen wird. Um die genannten Ereignisse zu überbrücken, ohne den Verarbeitungs- bzw. Behandlungsprozess zu unterbrechen, ist es notwendig, dass das bearbeitete langgestreckte Medium für eine gewisse Zeit von einem Garnspeicher aufgenommen werden kann. Ein Prozess zum Speichern von Textilgarn ist aus der Anmeldung US 4,169,707 bekannt.
