- – dass ein Wandelement aus einem Kunststoffgranulat-Verbund, einem Kies-Verbund und einer dichtenden PU-/Urea-Sprühbeschichtung besteht,
- – dass der Kies-Verbund aus getrocknetem Kies in der Körnung 0,7 bis 1,2 mm mit einem Polyurethan-Bindemittel, bestehend aus Polyolkomponente mit Zusatzstoffen und Diisocyanat mit einem Anteil von ca. 5 bis 10 Gew.-%, hergestellt ist.
- – dass der Kunststoffgranulat-Verbund vorrangig aus ABS- oder PU-Rezyklat mit PU-Bindemittel mit einem Anteil von ca. 10 bis 20 Gew.-% vermengt wird und auf den Kies-Verbund aufgetragen ist,
- – dass nach Aushärtung des Kunststoffgranulat-Verbundes das Wandpanel direkt auf die Gebäudeinnenwand montiert und mit einer PU-/Urea-Sprühbeschichtung wasserdicht versiegelt ist.
