Abstract
Beim Braten, Grillen, Kochen oder Frittieren werden umliegende Bereiche sowie Gegenstände innerhalb dieser Bereiche durch aufspritzendes Fett oder Wasser schnell kontaminiert Die Erfindung verhindert, dass aufspritzendes Fett oder Wasser seitlich über das Kochfeld hinaus gelangt.
Die Erfindung in der Funktion eines Rollos ist mit einer hitzebeständigen Spezialfolie/-gewebe ausgestattet und ist durch Integration in einer Dunstabzugshaube oder durch Instellation an einer vorhandenen Dunstaubzugshaube stets einsetzbar. Die Schutzfolie bzw. gewebe wird mittels eines Klemmprofiles in die Rollowelle eingespannt und kann so beliebig z.B. zu Reinigungszwecken herausgenommen werden oder bei Verschleiß ausgetauscht werden.
Die Erfindung eignet sich für Küchen in privaten sowie gewerblichen Bereich die bestimmte Zonen haben, die vor aufspritzendem Fett oder Wasser besonders geschützt werden sollen.
