Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fahrzeug (1) mit zumindest einem Fahrzeugsitz (2), welcher ein eine Sitzfläche bildendes Sitzpolster (2.1) und eine Sitzlehne (2.2) umfasst, wobei der Fahrzeugsitz (2) ein Crashgesperre (10) zur Versteifung des Fahrzeugsitzes (2) im Fall einer Kollision des Fahrzeuges (1) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist in Richtung Fahrzeugheck hinter dem Fahrzeugsitz (2) ein Fondsitzplatz (4) angeordnet, wobei in der Sitzlehne (2.2) des Fahrzeugsitzes (2) ein dem Fondsitzplatz (4) zugeordneter Airbag (5) angeordnet ist und das Crashgesperre (10) zusätzlich bei erfasster Sitzbelegung des Fondsitzplatzes (4) unabhängig von einer Sitzbelegung des Fahrzeugsitzes (2) und unabhängig von einem erfassten Gurtstatus eines dem Fahrzeugsitz (2) zugeordneten Sicherheitsgurtes (11) aktivierbar ist.
