Sportgerät mit Luftmechanismus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Standfläche ein Schaumstoffblock (1) dient, dessen Widerstand durch Luftkammern und -kanäle (2) reguliert werden kann.

Description

  • Herkömmliche Übungsgeräte zur körperlichen Ertüchtigung, insbesondere die so genannten Stepper, arbeiten in der Regel mit hydraulischen Systemen und bestehen hauptsächlich aus Metall. Dieser Aufbau hat zur Folge, dass bei den Übungen starre Bewegungsmuster und Körperhaltungen vorgegeben und die Geräte schwer und sperrig sind. Darüber hinaus ist eine Nutzung unabhängig von der als Sportgerät nicht möglich.
  • Dem Sportgerät mit Luftmechanismus liegt das Problem zu Grunde, ein Stepper-Übungsgerät zu schaffen, welches ohne metallene Hydraulikzylinder, Schwungräder oder ähnlichem auskommt und gleichzeitig eine große Bewegungsfreiheit ermöglicht.
  • Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, dass ohne bewegliche Teile ein dem Gehen ähnlicher Bewegungsablauf ermöglicht wird. In Verbindung mit den Gummiseilen bieten sich viele unterschiedliche Übungsmöglichkeiten. Durch seine weiche Oberfläche ist es gelenkschonend und spricht nahezu den gesamten Bewegungsapparat des Körpers an. Um stabil darauf zu stehen, muss der Anwender ständig eine Grundspannung halten. Durch die zusätzlichen Expander, die direkt am Gerät angeschlossen werden, kann wahlweise Stabilität oder Mobilität in den Extremitäten und im Rumpf gesondert trainiert werden. Weitere Vorteile des Geräts sind die vielen möglichen Ausgangsstellungen, die das Gerät bildet, z. B. Rückenlage, Kniestand, Stand, Einheitsstand etc.
  • Sinnvolle Einsatzbereiche könnten beispielsweise die Nachbehandlungen in der Orthopädie, Neurologie oder Chirurgie sein.

Claims (7)

  1. Sportgerät mit Luftmechanismus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Standfläche ein Schaumstoffblock (1) dient, dessen Widerstand durch Luftkammern und -kanäle (2) reguliert werden kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaumstoffblock (1) eine Standfläche von 50 cm in der Breite, 80 cm in der Länge und in der Höhe 25 cm besitzt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gummiseile (3) sowohl seitlich als auch an der Vorderseite befestigt werden können.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorderseite eine abnehmbare Haltevorrichtung (4) befestigt ist, die sowohl in der Höhe als auch in der Ausrichtung der Griffe (5) einstellbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schaumstoffblock (1) Befestigungsmöglichkeiten gegeben sind, um die abgenommenen Gummiseile (3) sowie auch die Haltevorrichtung (4) Platz sparend anzubringen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an der Frontseite ein Haltegriff zum Transport des Geräts befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an der Unterseite eine Platte zur Sicherung des Geräts befindet.
