Abstract

Erfindungswesentlich ist dabei, dass die Bewertungseinrichtung (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie zusätzlich von der Fahrer-Überwachungseinrichtung (3) übermittelte Daten betreffend der Aufmerksamkeit des Fahrers (8) zur Ermittlung des Gefahrenspotentials verarbeiten kann. Um im Bedarfsfall auch eine wirksame Gefahrenabwendung herbeiführen zu können, ist es erforderlich, dass die Bewertungseinrichtung situationsangepasste Signale erzeugen kann, welche beispielsweise davon abhängen, ob ein Fahrassistenzsystem, wie beispielsweise ein Tempomat, aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist. Aus diesem Grund ist die Bewertungseinrichtung zur Erzeugung und zu Übermittlung kategorisierter Signale an die Warn-/Gefahrenabwendungseinrichtung ausgebildet, wobei die Kategorisierung der Signale in Abhängigkeit des Betriebszustands der Fahrassistenzsysteme erfolgt.
