Alle Verschraubungen können von der Seite aus angezogen werden; es sind also keine Durchbrüche (Handlöcher) im Innenraum notwendig, die im Hinblick auf Brandschutzbestimmungen im Nachhinein aufwändig verschlossen werden müssten. Günstig ist auch, dass alle Einstellarbeiten, speziell der Elastomerlager durch Beilagen, zeitsparend vor dem Einbau des Gerätes durchgeführt werden können.
