- c) Transportieren des Rohmaterials in eine Homogenisierungszone des Extruders mittels der Einzugsschnecke,
- d) Mischen und Zerkleinern des Rohmaterials durch die Zentralspindel und um diese umlaufende Planetenzahnradwalzen,
- e) Transportieren des Rohmaterials aus dem Planetwalzenextruder in eine Ausstoßzone des Extruders durch die Austragsschnecke,
- f) Abführen des durch Erhitzen und/oder Verdichten des Rohmaterials angefallenen Gases,
- g) Verdichten des Materials durch einen Verdichtungsschneckenabschnitt der Austragsschnecke, und
- h) Abführen des durch Erhitzen und/oder Verdichten des Rohmaterials angefallenen Gases bzw. Wasserdampfs und Wassers in einem gemeinsamen axialen Abschnitt des Extruders, wobei Schritt h) zwischen den Schritten b und c erfolgt.
