Abstract

Zur Untersuchung von Wafern werden bislang Untersuchungseinrichtungen und -verfahren eingesetzt, die im Auflichtverfahren arbeiten. Um diese Einrichtungen auch im Durchlichtverfahren einsetzen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, den Substrathalter (16) so auszugestalten, dass eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung (38, 40, 42) im Substrathalter (16) so integriert wird, dass eine Durchlichtbeleuchtung des Wafers (18) möglich ist.
