Claims (1)

Bei dem Verschieben des Schiebestücks (8) in Richtung Ventil (9) wächst linear bei gleichbleibendem Nockenhub der Ventilhub auf den Maximalhub.
Um bei Nullhub den Kontakt des Nockenfolgers mit der Abtastrolle auf Nockenwellenkontakt zu halten ist die Hilfsfeder (7) am Nockenfolger angelenkt. Dadurch wird eine Geräuschentwicklung zuverlässig vermieden.
Das Schiebestücke (8) kann zwischen Nullhub und Maximalhub pneumatisch, hydraulisch oder mechanisch verschoben und arretiert werden.
Die Lagerung des Nockenfolgers (3) und des Schlepphebels (5) kann aus Achsen oder Kugelpfannen bestehen. Der Ventilspielausgleich ist vorzugsweise am Schlepphebel (5) in bisher bekannter Weise (hydraulisch) vorzusehen.
Auf Grund der kleinen und leichten oszillierenden Bauteile sind sehr hohe Drehzahlen möglich. Außerdem wird dadurch die Geräuschentwicklung auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert.
Ein Verkanten der einzelnen Bauteile zueinander ist auf Grund der geringen Abstände nicht möglich; die Übertragungsgenauigkeit ist dadurch sehr hoch.
Auf Grund der einfachen Herstellung (gerade Flächen bzw. Rollen) tritt kein erhöhter Verschleiß gegenüber herkömmlichen nicht variablen Ventiltrieben auf.Device for stroke adjustment of a gas exchange valve in the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, wherein

Due to the small and light oscillating components, very high speeds are possible. It also reduces noise to a minimum.
Tilting of the individual components to one another is not possible due to the small distances; the transmission accuracy is very high.
