Abstract
Description
- 1. Imprägnieren des Katalysatorträgers mit löslichen Edelmetallverbin dungen
- 2. Fixierung durch Fällung der Edelmetallverbindungen auf den Träger durch Umwandlung der löslichen Edelmetallverbindungen in unlösliche Verbindungen mittels Zusatz alkalischer Fixierhilfsmittel zu der Lösung.
- 3. Reduktion der fixierten Edelmetallverbindungen auf dem Träger unter Generierung der gewünschten Edelmetallschale
- a) das Trägermaterial mit einer alkalischen homogenen Lösung, welche Verbindungen von Palladium, von wenigstens einem Alkalimetall und von zusätzlich mindestens einem Element aus den Gruppen IB, um fassend die Elemente Cu, Ag und Au, IIB, umfassend die Elemente Zn, Cd und Hg, VB, umfassend die Elemente V, Nb und Ta, VIB, um fassend die Elemente Cr, Mo und W, VIIB, umfassend die Elemente Mn, Tc und Re, und/oder VIIIB, umfassend die Elemente Fe, Ru, Os, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni und Pt, des Periodensystems und/oder von Aluminium, Zinn und Bismut aufweist, imprägniert und durch Kontakt mit dem Trägermaterial die löslichen Verbindungen in teilweise oder vollständig unlösliche Verbindungen überführt werden,
- b) gegebenenfalls den Träger wäscht und anschließend trocknet,
- c) die unlöslichen Verbindungen auf dem Trägermaterial mit einem Re duktionsmittel in der Gasphase oder in flüssiger Phase reduziert,
- d) gegebenenfalls das Trägermaterial mit einer löslichen Alkalimetallver bindung imprägniert, und
- e) das Trägermaterial trocknet, vorzugsweise bei ≦ 150°C,
- a) Das Trägermaterial wird mit einer alkalischen homogenen Lösung,
welche Verbindungen von Palladium, von wenigstens einem Alkali
metall und von zusätzlich mindestens einem Element aus den Grup
pen IB, umfassend die Elemente Cu, Ag und Au, IIB, umfassend die
Elemente Zn, Cd und Hg, VB, umfassend die Elemente V, Nb und Ta,
VIB, umfassend die Elemente Cr, Mo und W, VIIB, umfassend die
Elemente Mn, Tc und Re, und/oder ein weiteres Element der Gruppe
VIIIB, umfassend die Elemente Fe, Ru, Os, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni und Pt, des
Periodensystems und/oder von Aluminium, Zinn und Bismut aufweist,
imprägniert.
Vorgenannte homogene Lösung erhält man vorzugsweise, indem man die Palladiumverbindungen sowie mindestens eine weitere zusätzliche Verbindung aus den Gruppen IB, IIB, VB, VIB, VIIB und VIIIB des Periodensystems, vorzugsweise Gold, in Wasser löst und mit einer al kalisch reagierenden Verbindung in entsprechende lösliche Verbin dungen überführt.
Durch die Wechselwirkung mit dem Trägermaterial werden die lösli chen Edelmetall-Verbindungen ohne Zusatz von Fixierungshilfsmitteln in teilweise oder vollständig unlösliche Verbindungen überführt, und so auf dem Trägermaterial fixiert. - b) Gegebenenfalls wird der Träger gewaschen und anschließend ge trocknet,
- c) Die unlöslichen Verbindungen auf dem Träger werden durch Redukti onsmittel in der Gasphase oder in flüssiger Phase reduziert.
- d) Gegebenenfalls wird das Trägermaterial mit einer löslichen Alkalime tallverbindung imprägniert, und
- e) Abschließend wird das Trägermaterial bei höchstens 150°C trocknet,
Claims (7)
- a) das Trägermaterial mit einer alkalischen homogenen Lösung, welche Verbindungen von Palladium, von wenigstens einem Alkalimetall und von zusätzlich mindestens einem Element aus den Gruppen IB, um fassend die Elemente Cu, Ag und Au, IIB, umfassend die Elemente Zn, Cd und Hg, VB, umfassend die Elemente V, Nb und Ta, VIB, um fassend die Elemente Cr, Mo und W, VIIB, umfassend die Elemente Mn, Tc und Re, und/oder VIIIB, umfassend die Elemente Fe, Ru, Os, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni und Pt, des Periodensystems und/oder von Aluminium, Zinn und Bismut aufweist, imprägniert und durch Kontakt mit dem Trägermaterial die löslichen Verbindungen in teilweise oder vollständig unlösliche Verbindungen überführt werden,
- b) gegebenenfalls den Träger wäscht und anschließend trocknet,
- c) die unlöslichen Verbindungen auf dem Trägermaterial mit einem Re duktionsmittel in der Gasphase oder in flüssiger Phase reduziert,
- d) gegebenenfalls das Trägermaterial mit einer löslichen Alkalimetallver bindung imprägniert, und
- e) das Trägermaterial trocknet, vorzugsweise bei ≦ 150°C,
