Der Kontakt K3 und das Relais R3 entsprechen in ihrer Wirkungsweise völlig dem Kontakt K2 bzw. dem Relais K3 nach Fig. 2. In Fig.3 ist zusätzlich ein Impulsgeber M und ein von diesem beeinflußtes Relais R4 eingezeichnet. Obwohl die Wirkung des Impulsgebers M auf das Relais R4 durch den Schienenkurzschluß der Radachsen, der auf das Relais R3 die gleiche Wirkung wie das Öffnen des Ruhekontaktes K3 hat, weder unterstützt noch ersetzt werden kann, bringt die Vermehrung der Schaltmittel dennoch eine vorteilhafte Erhöhung der Sicherheit der Anlage.
