Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
The invention relates to a flexible non-metallic hose with which for resistance heating electrical conductors are connected.
The simplest version of these flexible hoses with heating is the resistance wire Coiled on the outside of the hose, either bifilar or so that the turns of the return line coincide with the turns cross the supply line. The resistance wire is usually connected to a low voltage power source, e.g. B. the secondary winding of a transformer that converts the mains voltage to low voltage. In this design, the heat is transferred through the hose material unsatisfactory on the liquid flowing through the hose. It has also been suggested that To accommodate power supply in the form of a spiral directly inside the hose and to the return line to use a metal braid that surrounds the hose on the outside. In this execution takes place a direct transfer of the heat from the resistance wire to the liquid takes place, so that good Heat utilization is available. The direct accommodation of the heating wire in the hose is in many Cases, however, undesirable, once because the passage through the spiral formed by the resistance wire is affected by the hose, and secondly because the resistance wire is flowing through it Liquid can be attacked or a precipitate can form on the resistance wire the liquid forms, which can have a heat-insulating effect.
It is also known to use an iron wire mesh in the cavity of the hose with inductive heating about it to attach a copper wire mesh to the inner wall of the hose and to the outside to put a spool on the hose. While with resistance heating the heating wires to the Power source must be connected, are the two in this version for inductive heating Braids without connecting wires, only the coil attached to the outside of the hose is connected.
In the described device for inductive heating, the two wire meshes can be in immediate metallic contact with each other, in the described devices for resistance heating however, the supply and return lines must be well insulated from one another. Generally it will suffice to use insulated wires from the start. The two branches of the line can, however can also be separated from one another by an insulating intermediate layer, such as rubber, similar to heating pads the heating wires are insulated from the outside.
In allen beschriebenen Fällen wird zunächst der Biegsamer Schlauch, mit dem zur Widerstandsheizung elektrische Leiter in Form eines schlauchartigen Metallgeflechtes verbunden sindIn all the cases described, the flexible hose with the resistance heater is used first electrical conductors are connected in the form of a hose-like metal mesh

Hose made for itself and the heating elements are subsequently applied, as is the insulation of the two branches of the line from each other if not a priori insulated wires are used will.
To remedy these disadvantages and to simplify the production are according to the invention in a flexible hose, with which electrical conductors in the form of a hose-like metal mesh are connected for resistance heating, two serving as a heating conductor, at one end of the hose z. B. via clamps and a metal strip short-circuited, hose-like metal braids concentrically within the wall of the hose separated from each other by hose material and insulated into this and the power is supplied to the other hose end via two clamps, the clamp closer to the hose end of this side in a known manner under corresponding stripping encloses the inner metallic mesh to conduct current, while the more distant, arranged next to clamp erbindet the overlying second metal braid conductively \ r.
Die Wärme-In the case of the hose according to the invention, the hose is connected to the two Conductor forming metal braids as well as the insulation of the two braids against each other directly the manufacture of the hose itself.
