Bisher war diese Feststellung nur in der Fabrik in einem relativ umständlichen Arbeitsgang möglich, nicht jedoch bei der Lagerung oder auf dem Transport. Bei Reklamationen von Kunden oder Händlern war daher bisher nicht feststellbar, ob das Entweichen von Gas aus dem Tank noch zu Lasten seines Herstellers ging oder auf unsachgemäße Behandlung seitens des Händlers oder Kunden zurückzuführen war.
