Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spritzpistole zum Spritzlackieren von Körpern und Flächen unter Verwendung von mit einem Härter gemischten Stammlack. The invention relates to a spray gun for spray painting bodies and surfaces using of base varnish mixed with a hardener.
Es ist bekannt, eine Spritzpistole für derartige sogenannte Zweikomponentenlacke in der Weise auszubilden, daß man beide Bestandteile in einer Kammer des Spritzpistolenkopfes zusammenfließen läßt, um diese Mischung dann durch eine durch ein Nadelventil schließbare Düsenöffnung mittels eines Druckluftstromes hinauszusaugen und auf die zu lackierende Fläche aufzuspritzen. Hierbei ergibt sich aber eine erhebliche Störung der Arbeit durch das häufig eintretende Verstopfen der Bohrungen zufolge erhärtender Lackreste. Dieses Störungen können nur in zeitraubender Säuberung beseitigt werden, was sehr umständlich, bei manchen Lacken sogar unmöglich ist. Um diese Störungen zu vermeiden, hat man bekanntlich die Spritzpistolen mit einer Hohldadel versehen, so daß der Stammlack wie bisher durch eine im Kopf der Pistole angeordnete Kammer zu einer Ringdüse, der Härter jedoch durch die Bohrung der den Ausfluß aus dieser Kammer beherrschenden Hohlnadel zugeführt werden kann und beide Komponenten erst im Sprühstrahl vermischt werden. Damit bei dieser Ausbildung auch der Durchfluß der Härterflüssigkeit abgesperrt werden kann, hat man ferner an der Hohlnadel schieberartige Ventileinrichtungen ausgebildet.
