In einem offenen oder kastenartigen, mit oder ohne niederklappbarer Vorderwand α sowie mit oder ohne Deckel b versehenen Behälter c aus beliebigem Material sind an dem Rücken d Oesen e befestigt, in denen der Bügel/¹ drehbar gelagert ist. Der Bügel f ist kurbelartig bei g abgebogen und greift mit seinen Kurbelarmen an einer Schraubenfeder h an, welche an ihrem unteren Ende^xauf einem Stift i des Bolzens befestigt ist und in einem Ausschnitt k des mit Holz vorsteiften Rückens spielen kann. Die Schraubenfeder h übt einen derartigen Zug auf den Bügel / aus, dafs dieser sich mit seinem breiteren Ende f¹ auf die Sammelfächer / des Ordners legt. Diese Sammelfächer / bestehen aus einzelnen Papier- oder Pappbehältern, welche auf Hohlstiften m angeordnet sind. Soll ein solches Schriftstück gelocht werden, so wird es einfach nach Zurückschlagen des Bügels f mit seiner einen Kante unter die Stifte (Klemmen oder Leisten) ο gelegt, wobei dann die Hohlstifte m die Widerlager für das Schriftstück bilden; hierauf wird der Bügel f vorgedreht. Der Bügel/ ist bei f'² ausgebogen, so dafs er zum Theil um die Hohlstifte herumgreift. Der durch die Feder gespannte Bügel/schlägt dann gegen das Schriftstück, die Hohlstifte m pressen sich mit ihrer oberen Schneidekante gegen die Unterseite des Schriftstückes, und durch den Zug der Feder wird das Schriftstück entsprechend der Form der Hohlstifte m gelocht. Durch Herausziehen des Bügels η und der entsprechenden Fächer Z kann dann das Schriftstück in das ihm zugehörige Fach gelegt, also geordnet werden.
