Der vordere halbkreisförmige Ansatz F 1 der Eisenblechplatte E 1 (Abb. 3) wird über die Linie Z abgebogen und ergibt mit dem hinteren unverändert bleibenden Ansatz F2die Scheidenöffnung F (Abb. 1). Auf der Biegekante Z (Abb. 2 und 4) ruht bei eingehängtem Akkordeon die Aufsatzkante Sk des Scharnierschenkels SS (Abb. 8) der am Akkordeon befestigten Einhängevorrichtung und somit das Gewicht des Instruments. Die Einhängevorrichtung besteht aus der Halteplatte H mit linksschräg eingeschweißtem Scharnierblock SB und durch die Scharnierbolzenaugen P mittels Bolzen BO verbundenem Scharnierschenkel SS. Die schraffierten Flächen J (Abb. 8) stellen die Schweißnähte zwischen Scharnierblock und Halteplatte dar. Die Halteplatte H kann aus Gründen der Gewichtsersparnis an dem unteren nicht belasteten Teil durchbrochen sein.
