Abstract

La invencion se refiere a la clasificacion, diagnostico y tratamiento de enfermedades cancerosas (tanto tumores primarios como metastasis tumorales), particularmente a la mediacion de citotoxicidad de celulas tumorales que evidencian expresion superficial de CD9, y mas particularmente al uso de anticuerpos modificadores de enfermedades cancerosas (CDMAB), opcionalmente en combinacion con uno o mas CDMAB/ agentes quimioterapeuticos, como un medio para iniciar la respuesta citotoxica.
