Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de la forma cristalina V de la agomelatina de fórmula (I):caracterizado porque una disolución de agomelatina disuelta en uno o dos disolventes miscibles en todas las proporciones y cuya temperatura de ebullición es inferior a 120°C, se atomiza en un atomizador. Procedimiento de preparación de la forma cristalina V del compuesto de fórmula (I) según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el compuesto obtenido presenta el diagrama de difracción X sobre polvo siguiente, medido en un difractómetro Siemens D5005 (anticátodo de cobre) y expresado en términos de distancias inter-reticulares d, de ángulos de Bragg 2 theta, y de intensidades relativas (expresadas en porcentaje respecto a la raya más intensa): Procedimiento de preparación de la forma cristalina y del compuesto de fórmula (I) según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los disolventes utilizados son etanol y éter isopropílico. Procedimiento de preparación de la forma cristalina y del compuesto de fórmula (I) según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el gas utilizado es nitrógeno. Procedimiento de preparación de la forma cristalina V del compuesto de fórmula (I) según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la concentración de la disolución de agomelatina utilizada es como mínimo 5 g/I.
