Abstract
Un endulzante de mesa que contiene N-(N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L-a-aspartil)-L-fenilalanina l-metil éster en una cantidad de desde el 0.005% (peso/peso) hasta el 1.2% (peso/peso) de dicho endulzante de mesa.2Un endulzante de mesa sólido, substancialmente de flujo libre, que comprende:(a) N-(N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L-a- aspartil)- L-fenilalanina l-metil éster en una cantidad de desde el 0.025% (peso/peso) hasta el 0.5% (peso/peso) de dicho endulzante de mesa;(b) un agente volumérico, seleccionado del grupo que consta de dextrosa, maltodextrina 100 (10 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), maltodextrina 180 (18 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), maltodextrina 40 (5 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), sólidos de miel de maíz (20 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), sólidos de miel de maíz (36 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), sorbitol, eritritol, maltitol, lactitol, isomaltosa, maltosa, tagatosa, lactosa, fructosa, unulina, polioles, polidextrosa, y celulosa y derivados de celulosa, y mezclas de ellas;(c) opcionalmente, un endulzante seleccionado del grupo que consta de aspartame, acesulfame-K, sucralosa, sacarina, sacarosa, alitame, ciclamatos, derivados de stevia, taumatina, neohesperidina dihidroxicalcona, o alcoholes de azúcar de poliol;(d) opcionalmente, un agente de flujo; y(e) opcionalmente, un agente anti-aglomerante.A tabletop sweetener containing N- (N- (3,3-dimethylbutyl) -La-aspartyl) -L-phenylalanine l-methyl ester in an amount from 0.005% (weight / weight) to 1.2% (weight / weight) of said tabletop sweetener. 2 A solid, substantially free-flowing tabletop sweetener, comprising: (a) N- (N- (3,3-dimethylbutyl) -La-aspartyl) -L-methyl phenylalanine ester in an amount of from 0.025% (weight / weight) to 0.5% (weight / weight) of said tabletop sweetener; (b) a volumetric agent, selected from the group consisting of dextrose, maltodextrin 100 (10 Equivalents of Dextrose), Maltodextrin 180 (18 Dextrose Equivalents), Maltodextrin 40 (5 Dextrose Equivalents), Corn Honey Solids (20 Dextrose Equivalents), Corn Honey Solids (36 Dextrose Equivalents), Sorbitol, Erythritol, Maltitol , lactitol, isomalt, maltose, tagatose, lactose, fructose, unulin, polyols, polydextrose, and cellulose and cellulose derivatives, and mixtures thereof; (c) optionally, sweeten selected from the group consisting of aspartame, acesulfame-K, sucralose, saccharin, sucrose, alitame, cyclamates, derivatives of stevia, thaumatine, neohesperidine dihydroxicalcone, or polyol sugar alcohols; (d) optionally, a flow agent; and (e) optionally, an anti-binder agent.
