Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un composito de poliuretano termoplástico que comprende nanopartículas funcionalizadas incorporadas en una matriz de poliuretano y su proceso de síntesis. El proceso comprende fundir un diisocianato en un reactor en una atmósfera con gas inerte; adicionar un macrodiol hasta obtener un pre-polímero y adicionar un extensor de cadena. Las nanopartículas funcionalizadas pueden ser incorporadas en el diisocianato, en el macrodiol o en el extensor de cadena.
