Abstract

本发明是属于钨青铜型改性铌酸铅钡钠压电陶瓷材料。该材料化学式为其中M为四价金属元素,如Zr、Ti等取代部分Nb元素,x=0.5~0.9,y=0.03~0.5,θ=0~1.5。η=0.1~2。优先推荐成分含PbO26~36%(重量),Na2O和Li2O总量1~3%(重量)、MO21~5%(重量)。该材料特点是制造工艺简单,重复性好,具有较高的矫顽场强和高的抗交流去极化能力,其位移随电压的变化线性好,基本回零,适用于高精度压电微位移器。

Description

改性铌酸铅钡钠压电陶瓷材料
本发明是关于钨青铜型改性铌酸铅钡钠压电陶瓷材料。
利用压电陶瓷材料对应于某一外加电压能产生一定位移的特性,可以制成电微位移器,用作激光反射镜、激光干涉仪、电控变形镜的微动控制、大规模集成电路用曝光机微动工作台的驱动器。然而,位移与电压的关系因压电陶瓷材料配方而异,一般说来位移量较大的“软性”材料,位移滞后于电压的现象严重,位移是电压的双值函数,形成一个不封闭的回线,因而同一电压值对应着不同的位移量,电压回零时位移不回零。美国专利4,263,527是采用改变控制电路的方法来减小滞后效应,而不是从改进陶瓷材料配方着手。这种控制电路的方法,虽然可以达到减小滞后的目的但往往导致结构复杂,带来制造复杂,使用不便等问题也增加制造的成本;另一种位移量较小的“硬性”材料,虽然位移滞后较小,仍形成较小的回线,影响了高精度领域内的使用。
本发明的目的是从改进压电陶瓷配方着手提供一种位移随电压变化基本呈线性,滞后很小,位移随时间、电场强度变化都稳定而且制造工艺简单,重复性好的“硬性”压电陶瓷材料。
本发明提供的压电陶瓷材料,化学式为
其中M代表四价金属元素,如Zr、Ti等
x=0.5~0.9,y=0.03~0.5,θ=0~1.5。η=0.1~2。
晶体结构属钨青铜型,其特点是含铅量较锆钛酸铅陶瓷少一半,烧结时不需要任何防止铅挥发的措施。
本发明提供的压电陶瓷材料制造工艺简单,经以Zr、Ti等金属元素部分置换Nb以后,可以扩大烧结范围和在较低温度下致密烧结(可以在比一般锆钛酸铅低约100℃温度下烧结)。本发明优先推荐的成分是PbO26~36%(重量),Na2O和Li2O1~3%(重量),MO21~5%(重量)。
本发明提供的材料矫顽场强度,室温可达1800V/mm,虽极化条件苛刻,但一经极化充分以后,抗交流去极化能力也强,室温大于1000V/mm,150℃时为800V/mm。其介电系数εT 35为1100,tgδ0.5%而且随温度、电场强度变化较平坦,Kp=0.34,K1=0.44,d33180×10-12m/V为硬性压电材料。
本发明的优点是材料的位移随电压的变化基本呈线性,如附图1所示。图中横坐标为电压,纵坐标为位移,频率0.01Hz/S,从图可看出电压回零时,位移也基本回零,对直线的最大偏离在1~2%以内,回零问题较一般压电陶瓷大为改善,响应快、蠕变小,即使电场强度高达1600V/mm位移亦稳定,适合用作高精度压电微位移器。用它制成的压电微位移器驱动曝光机微动工作台位移灵敏度可达0.04μm,定位精度±0.02μm,重复性误差小于0.01μm。
本发明的实施例是含PbO35.12%(重量),BaO6.03%(重量),Na2O和Li2O1.91%(重量),MO21.75%(重量),其余成分为Nb2O3。按上述组分配料,酒精湿混10~15小时后,红外灯烘干,过筛合成,合成条件为800℃,再进行磨细压片,1190℃下即可烧成。

Claims (6)

1、一种属于钨青铜型改性铌酸铅钡钠的压电陶瓷材料,由PbO-BaO-Na2O-Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2/ZrO2等成分组成,其特征在于:
(1)化学式为:

其中M为Zr、Ti四价金属元素,取代部分Nb元素;
x=0.5~0.9,y=0.03~0.5,θ=0~1.5。η=0.1~2
(2)优先推荐的PbO含量为26~36%(重量);Na2O和Li2O的总含量为1~3%(重量);MO2的含量为1~5%(重量)。
