本实用新型涉及一种复合板材，特别涉及一种基层为塑膠的塑膠复合地板、砖。解决了已有家装木质地板易挥发有毒甲醛、瓷砖和石材地板硬度高、滑性大、有放射性，对老人孩子不安全的缺陷。技术解决方案是：一种塑膠复合地板、砖，为双层复合板、砖，其特征是：由具有柔韧性表层和基层弹性塑膠板胶接，在基层弹性塑膠板下面涂覆有一层强力不干胶，强力不干胶层外贴附有光面贴纸。主要用于室内、室外地板、地砖。

技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种复合板材，特别涉及一种基层为塑膠的塑膠复合地板、砖。
背景技术：目前家庭装潢中，地面铺设大都采用木质地板及中密度纤维地板，墙裙或天花板一般采用三夹板和中密度纤维板，而木质地板、中密度纤维板或三夹板中的甲醛含量如果比较高，将会危及人们的健康。也有采用瓷板和石材地板，但是由于它们硬度强、脆性高、滑性大、有放射性，容易破损，而且对家庭中的老人和儿童存在安全隐患。
发明内容：本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是：增加地板的韧性、柔软性、弹性、防滑性。本实用新型的技术方案是：一种塑膠复合地板、砖，为双层复合板、砖，其特征是：由具有柔韧性表层和基层弹性塑膠板胶接，表层可涂覆透明油漆，或无涂装，在基层弹性塑膠板下面涂覆有一层强力不干胶，强力不干胶层外贴附有光面贴纸。所述的柔韧性表层可以是：软木、真皮、仿皮革、再生皮革、藤编、草编、蔴编、夹板条中的一种。所述的弹性塑膠板为PVC板、EVA板中的一种。所述的透明油漆为PU油漆、UV油漆、NC油漆中的一种或两种。本实用新型的有益效果是：由于选材是绿色环保、可反复再生利用的材料，既节约资源，又由于其特有的物理柔性和弹性，给老人和儿童提供了室内活动的安全环境，消除了安全隐患，而且铺装非常简单。

具体实施方式：实施例1，参照附图1，表层1采用软木，软木的制造是将软木专用的速生木材，粉碎为颗粒状，干燥后与胶粘剂在搅拌机中搅拌均匀后，在模具中压缩、固化成为稳定块状，取出切削成厚薄不等的片材。基层2为PVC板，软木与基层PVC板涂胶压合，锯切成各种规格的90°直角板或是45°角板，可以是长方形、四方形和多边形，软木表面砂平后为素面或印压各种图案，再涂覆PU油漆，最后在基层PVC板2底面涂装强力不干胶再贴上光面贴纸3，作为地板或地砖铺装时，只要撕开光面贴纸，就可以直接粘贴在已经清洁过的水泥地面或木板、瓷砖、石材地面。
实施例2，参照图2、3，表层1采用软木，涂覆UV油漆，基层2为EVA板，EVA板四边有燕尾式公母拼接榫，软木底面与模切成型的EVA板块涂胶定位复合。铺装地板时，只要将块与块之间的燕尾公母榫对位平整，便可将大面积的地板块连接为一个整体。其余与实施例1相同。
实施例3，表层1为真皮，在真皮上无涂装，其余与实施例1相同。
实施例4，表层1为草编，在草编上无涂装，其余与实施例1相同。
实施例5，表层1为夹板条，在夹板条上涂覆NC油漆和PU油漆，其余与实施例1相同。
实施例6，表层1为夹板条，在夹板条上涂覆NC油漆，基层2为EVA板，其余与实施例2相同。
实施例7，表层1为仿皮革，在仿皮革上无涂装，基层2为EVA板，其余与
实施例2相同。
实施例8，表层1为蔴编，在蔴编上无涂装，基层2为EVA板，其余与实施例2相同。
Claims (6)
1、一种塑膠复合地板、砖，为双层复合板、砖，其特征是：由具有柔韧性表层和基层弹性塑膠板胶接，在基层弹性塑膠板下面涂覆有一层强力不干胶，强力不干胶层外贴附有光面贴纸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塑膠复合地板、砖，其特征是，所述的柔韧性表层可以是：软木、真皮、仿皮革、再生皮革、藤编、草编、蔴编、夹板条中的一种。
3、根据权利要求2所述的塑膠复合地板、砖，其特征是，当表层为软木或夹板条时，表层涂覆有透明油漆。
4、根据权利要求3所述的塑膠复合地板、砖，其特征是，所述的透明油漆是NC油漆、PU油漆、UV油漆中的一种。
5、根据权利要求1所述的塑膠复合地板、砖，其特征是，所述的塑膠板为PVC板、EVA板中的一种。
6、根据权利要求5所述的塑膠复合地板、砖，其特征是，基层EVA板的四边模切有燕尾式公母拼接榫。
