本实用新型设计的节能抗腐鳍片管散热器,由联箱、钢管和鳍片组成,钢管焊在上、下联箱之间,钢管与联箱相通,鳍片焊接在钢管上。本实用新型设计的节能抗腐鳍片管散热器,不但具有承压高、热工性能好、抗腐蚀、加工工艺简单等优点,而且由于在异形管上增加了鳍片,加大了散热面积,因此散热量比其它钢制散热器提高了30%以上。

节能抗腐鳍片管散热器
本实用新型涉及一种节能抗腐鳍片管散热器,属工业、民用建筑中的采暖装置技术领域。
国内外目前的钢制散热器虽然比铸铁提高了承压能力,但由于生产工艺复杂,成本高,产品质量难以控制,因而缺乏市场竞争力。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种节能抗腐鳍片管散热器,改变已有技术的结构,在异形管增加鳍片而不改变散热器整体结构。
本实用新型设计的节能抗腐鳍片管散热器,由联箱、钢管和鳍片组成,钢管焊在上、下联箱之间,钢管与联箱相通,鳍片焊接在钢管上。
本实用新型散热器在结构上采用在异形管(竖立)上焊接鳍片的方式,这种结构形式改变了原钢管柱型散热器散热面积小、生产成本高的缺点,加强热空气对流,从而提高散热量。又由于本实用新型减少了本身的厚度,故又能保持散热器的垂直度和平面度,增强了整体强度,减少散热器所占空间,给施工安装带来了方便,又为现代室内装修增加美感。它不但具有承压高、热工性能好、抗腐蚀、加工工艺简单等优点,而且由于在异形管上增加了鳍片,加大了散热面积,因此散热量比其它钢制散热器提高了30%以上。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:图1中,1是联箱,2是钢管,3是鳍片。
如图1所示,本实用新型设计的节能抗腐鳍片管散热器,由联箱1、钢管2和鳍片3组成,钢管2焊在上、下联箱1之间,钢管与联箱相通,鳍片3焊接在钢管上。
本散热器中的联箱1为型材方管,其长度为220~2020mm,在加工时先在联箱方管上钻机,然后与钢管2焊接而成。钢管2为方管,其长度视联箱之间的距离而定。当热媒进入散热器时,便以定向自然对流和辐射散热的热工形式散热,从而达到采暖的目的。
本实用新型同其它采暖散热器相比具有如下优点:
1、本实用新型是由整体钢制联箱和焊有鳍片的钢管水道焊接而成,所以结构特别简单,承压能力大,耐腐蚀能力强,使用寿命长。
2、本实用新型是一个管形结构的散热器,由于增加鳍片减少钢管,比其它散热器重量轻,提高了整体机械强度,安装维修方便。
3、本实用新型由于采用在竖立管上增焊鳍片,减少钢管用量,故生产成本比原钢管柱型散热器降低20%。
4、本实用新型外型结构简单,线条均匀,由于增加了鳍片,加大了散热面积,提高了热空气的对流,因此,散热量比原钢管柱柱型散热器提高30%以上。
