本实用新型涉及一种钢制复合式散热器,属于工业民用建筑中的采暖装置技术领域。本钢制复合式散热器包括上联箱、下联箱、多根弯管和多根直管。多根弯管焊在上联箱与下联箱之间的两侧,多根直管焊在上联箱与下联箱之间,置于两侧弯管的中间。本钢管柱型散热器的优点是:由整体联箱、弯管、直管焊接而成,结构简单,承压能力高,散热量大,耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长;外形美观,可与现代建筑室内装饰相配合,增强美感。散热器上使用了串片管,增加了散热面积,提高了散热量;加工工艺简单,安装维修方便。

本实用新型涉及一种钢管柱型散热器,属于工业民用建筑中的采暖装置技术领域。
背景技术
已有的铸铁散热器,其材质为铸铁,因此不耐腐蚀,使用寿命短。在结构上,片与片之间互相连接,整体继续强度低,加工比较复杂,也给安装维修带来不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种钢管柱型散热器,改变已有散热器的结构,以使散热器具有承压高、散热面积大、金属热强度高、热工性能好等特点。
本实用新型提出的钢制复合式散热器,包括上联箱、下联箱、多根弯管和多根直管。多根弯管焊在上联箱与下联箱之间的两侧,多根直管焊在上联箱与下联箱之间,置于两侧弯管的中间。
本实用新型提出的钢管柱型散热器,具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型的散热器由整体联箱、弯管、直管焊接而成,结构简单,承压能力高,散热量大,耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长。
2、本散热器外形美观,可与现代建筑室内装饰相配合,增强美感。散热器上使用了串片管,增加了散热面积,提高了散热量。
3、本实用新型是一种管形结构的散热器,不必象已有的铸铁散热器那样片与片之间重新连接,因此提高了散热器的整体机械强度,加工工艺简单,安装维修方便。

图1和图2中,1是上联箱,2是下联箱,3是弯管,4是直管。
具体实施方式
本实用新型提出的钢制复合式散热器,其结构如图1所示,包括上联箱1、下联箱2、多根弯管3和多根直管4。所述的多根弯管3焊在上联箱1与下联箱2之间的两侧,多根直管4焊在上联箱1与下联箱2之间,置于两侧弯管的中间,图2所示。
本散热器中的上联箱1和下联箱2为方管材,加工时先在方管形联箱的三个面上钻孔,然后将多根弯管3的上、下端分别焊在方管形联箱的两侧两个面的开孔处,多根直管4分别焊在方管形联箱的另一开孔处,使直管4置于两侧弯管3的中间。

1.一种钢管柱型散热器,其特征在于该散热器包括上联箱、下联箱、多根弯管和多根直管,所述的多根弯管焊在上联箱与下联箱之间的两侧,多根直管焊在上联箱与下联箱之间,置于两侧弯管的中间。
