Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种木质复合工艺地板，它用优质硬杂木或楠木旋切片和刨切片(1)用高强粘合层(5)胶合在次等硬杂木基板(3)上制成复合板，此复合板地板块的相对边开有榫头(2)和榫槽(4)。其优点是既利用了次等硬杂木及其边角余料，大大降低成本，又保留了天然木纹的美感，而且可以按需要加工成各种便于铺装的几何图形，提高了地板品质和档次，具有极大的实用价值和显著的经济效益。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑物的装修工程，—种木质复合工艺地板。
已有的木质地板，木材利用率低、原木耗用量大、成本高、铺设施工较不方便。
本实用新型的目的是既充分利用次等木材和木材加工的边角余料以降低木质地板的成本，又提高木质地板品质和档次，生产出铺设方便、美观典雅的木质复合工艺地板。
本实用新型的目的通过下述木质复合工艺地板块来达到。该地板块的结构从表向里按表层、粘结层、基板分层。其特点是：表层为优质硬杂木和楠竹旋切片或刨切片，基板为次等硬杂木和硬杂木边角料胶合板。地板块为各种适合地面装饰的几何形状，其相对边开有榫头和榫槽。

下面结合平行四边形地板块对本实用新型具体说明。首先将次等硬杂木加工成实木基板3，或者将硬杂木边角料胶合后加工成基板，然后将优质硬杂木或楠木加工成0.5～5mm厚的旋切(或刨切)片1用高强粘合层5胶合在基板上形成复合板，按需要将此复合板截成平行四边形、正四边形、三角形、菱形或多边形的地板块，在每块的相对边开出榫头2和榫槽4。施工时，将每块板的榫槽和榫头拼接即可方便地完成室内地板的铺装。
本实用新型的优点是综合利用木材资源，既用次等硬杂木及其边角余料作基板，大大降低了成本，又能保留天然木纹的美感和按需要设计生产出多种几何图形的地板块，提高了地板品质和档次，且拼装铺设方便。具有极大的实用价值和显著的经济效益。

1.一种木质复合工艺地板，其结构从表向里按表层、粘结层、基板分层，特征在于表层为优质硬杂木和楠竹的旋切片和刨切片，基板为次等硬杂木和硬杂木边角料胶合板；其地板块为各种适合地面装饰的几何形状，其相对边开有榫头和榫槽。
