本实用新型是一种可按种子的活性进行分级分
选的介电式种子分选机，其特点是通过电磁振动器和
导种滑板将种子散落在表面排缠导线的介电滚筒上，
导线通过电刷与交流调压器相接，通以1000至5000
伏的交流电，滚筒表面对活性不同的种子按其介电性
能大小进行分选，这种以介电滚筒为分选部件的种子
分选机具有分选净度高，不伤种子，耗能少，且能在分
选过程中提高种子发芽率的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及农业机械，特别是一种精选蔬菜、花卉、粮食种子的分选机。
现有的粮食种子分选机有筛选、风选、振动等几种形式，分级效果较差，有的对种子还会造成损伤，降低发芽率。更无适用于蔬菜，花卉等细小种子的分选机。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既能分选蔬菜、花卉等细小种子、也可精选粮、油作物种子的种子分选机。
本实用新型的任务是以下述方式完成的，根据研究结果，无生命力、干瘪或内部受损伤的种子介电常数大，而生命力较强或籽粒完好饱满的种子介电常数小。利用种子的这一特性，设计了一种由机架上部的喂种装置，其下的分选装置以及机架下部的接种斗组成的介电式种子分选机。分选机的喂种装置由喂种斗、电磁振动器和导种滑板组成；分选装置是介电滚筒，滚筒表面排缠导线、滚筒轴上有连接导线两端的电刷与机架上配电箱内的交流调压器相连；介电滚筒一侧轴向平行设置扫种刷滚，介电筒与扫种刷滚经传动皮带和减速器与电动机相连。
本实用新型介电式种子分选机以交流电为电源，分选时不受种子形状及尺寸的限制。对于不同尺寸的种子、只需调节电压值。启动滚筒、待选种子从喂种斗经电磁振动器和导种滑板散落到滚筒上，活力高的好种即附着在滚筒上，随滚筒转动，活力低的次种先行下落。附着在滚筒上的好种转至扫种刷滚被刷离滚筒下落、经接种斗收集，实现按级分离。这种介电式种子分选机是按种子活力进行分选，分选效果优于各种机械式种子分选机，对种子的机械损伤近乎于零；在分选作业的过程中同时对种子进行了电场处理，可提高种子的发芽率。
以下结合附图实施例描述本实用新型。
图1是本实用新型交流介电式种子分选机示意图。
如图1所示，喂种斗12位于介电种子分选机机架1的上部，其下是电磁振动器11和导种滑板10。电磁振动器11由配电箱16上的振动控制旋钮15控制，以调节振动力大小。导种滑板10下方是介电滚筒9，滚筒9表面排缠截面2.5（mm）2的铝线10，铝线9经滚筒轴18上的电刷7与配电箱16内的交流调压器15相连，交流调压器15可将介电滚筒8的电压在1000至5000伏之间调整。分选白菜种子电压可调在1500伏，分选小麦种子电压可调至3500伏。滚筒8支承在轴承17上。介电滚筒8和其轴侧的扫种刷滚7经传动带4及张紧轮5和减速器3、由电动机20驱动，电动机20通过联轴器19与减速器3相连，滚筒8转速为每分钟30转。机架1下部是接种斗2。
使用本实用新型交流介电种子分选机分选白菜种子，生产率可达每小时200公斤，分选小麦每小时400公斤。种中分为三级，在第一级中，净度大于99.5％，发芽率提高5％，分选破碎率小于0.1％，耗电量每吨种子低于3度。

- 一种由机架上部的喂种装置，其下的分选装置以及机架下部的接种斗组成的种子分选机，其特征在于：a、所说的喂种装置由喂种斗、电磁振动器和导种滑板组成；b、所说的分选装置是介电滚筒、滚筒表面排缠导线、滚筒轴上有连接导线两端的电刷与机架上配电箱内的交流调压器相连；c、所说的介电滚筒一侧轴向平行设置扫种刷滚，介电滚筒与扫种刷滚经传动皮带和减速器与电动机相连。
