背景技术
由于人口老龄化加剧，老年人患者越来越多，老年人常常由于脑梗塞、下肢功能障碍等多种原因需要长期卧床，并且医院内手术后患者及化疗等多种原因导致患者虚弱时常常需要长时间卧床，卧床患者由于血液循环较差，在骨性结构与床面接触的部位容易形成压疮，如腰骶部、肩部及枕部等，患者压疮会导致机体感染并进而加重患者的衰弱。卧床患者由于缺乏活动导致胃肠道蠕动减弱，而且平躺状态不利于食物排泄，所以常常存在大便习惯改变，表现为腹泻或便秘，患者在卧床时不方便在床上排便，排便时常常污染床单被褥，清理不方便，对于由于化疗导致患者长期卧床的患者，化疗药物对肠道菌群具有严重的影响，此时患者多表现为严重的腹泻，每日排便数十次，处理非常不方便。现在防止患者压疮时常常通过改变患者体位，让患者左右翻身，或者让患者平卧于气垫床上，让患者翻身时需要护理人员辅助，而且每日数十次翻身时给护理人员非常不方便，患者腹泻时通常是在患者身下衬垫一次性敷料或者戴上成人尿不湿，但是患者排便后也需要更换，护理不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种方便护理、减轻护理人员工作量的卧床患者防压疮粪便收集装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：卧床患者防压疮粪便收集装置，包括硬质底板，硬质底板的上表面前部设置有多个气囊垫，多个气囊垫并列设置，多个气囊垫相互连接，多个气囊垫的内腔相互独立，多个气囊垫分别通过支管路连接有气路管道，每根支管路上设置有电磁阀，气路管道连接有气源，硬质底板上还设置有微控制器，微控制器通过线路分别与每根支管路上的电磁阀控制连接；
硬质底板的上表面后侧通过若干根支杆连接有防压疮软垫，防压疮软垫中部开设有圆孔，防压疮软垫与硬质底板之间形成空腔；硬质底板上放置有位于空腔内的集液袋，集液袋的顶部设置有螺纹接口，集液袋的螺纹接口处连接有导流管，导流管的上端部外周连接有封堵气囊，封堵气囊上设置充气口，充气口连接有充气管。
采用上述技术方案，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型通过向多个气囊垫内交换充气，使得多个气囊垫呈现高低变化，从而对患者腰尾部进行按摩，改变局部血液循环，防止压疮；并且设置防压疮软垫支撑患者骶尾部，防止患者骶尾部受到压迫，形成压疮；本实用新型为方便患者排泄，设置导流管与集液袋连接，其中集液袋为一次性用品，集液袋更换方便，本实用新型整体结构简单，使用方便，大大减轻了护理人员的工作量。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本实用新型的卧床患者防压疮粪便收集装置，包括硬质底板1，硬质底板1的上表面前部设置有多个气囊垫2，多个气囊垫2并列设置，多个气囊垫2相互连接，多个气囊垫2的内腔相互独立，即互不连通，多个气囊垫2分别通过支管路连接有气路管道，每根支管路上设置有电磁阀3，气路管道连接有气源，硬质底板1上还设置有微控制器，微控制器通过线路分别与每根支管路上的电磁阀3控制连接；
硬质底板1的上表面后侧通过若干根支杆4连接有防压疮软垫5，防压疮软垫5中部开设有圆孔6，防压疮软垫5与硬质底板1之间形成空腔7；硬质底板1上放置有位于空腔7内的集液袋8，集液袋8的顶部设置有螺纹接口，集液袋8的螺纹接口处连接有导流管9，导流管9的上端部外周连接有封堵气囊10，封堵气囊10上设置充气口，充气口连接有充气管。
本实用新型在使用时，先将装置放置到患者的腰椎部位置，此时多个气囊垫2连接在一起，并置于患者的腰部位置，防压疮软垫5位于患者骶尾部，然后打开气源，利用微控制器控制各个支管路上的电磁阀3，从而依次向多个气囊垫2内注入气体，使得多个气囊垫2逐渐升高或降低，改善患者腰椎部的血液循环，防止压疮；防压疮软垫5通过支杆4固定在硬质底板1上，此时患者骶尾部位于防压疮软垫5上，防压疮软垫5下方为空腔7结构，防止患者骶尾部收到压迫，在空腔7处设置一次性的集液袋8，集液袋8用于收集患者腹泻的液体，具体使用时，将导流管9上端插入患者肛门内，接着通过充气口和充气管，向封堵气囊10冲入气体，封堵气囊10冲开后支撑在患者肛门处，从而将患者肛门内口封堵，使得腹泻物经导流管9流入集液袋8，导流管9与集液袋8螺纹连接，集液袋8内充满腹泻液体后，将集液袋8更换新的集液袋8即可，使用方便；需要说明的是，防压疮软垫5具有一定的韧性，在患者骶尾部放置在防压疮软垫5上时，防压疮软垫5能够支撑患者骶尾部，避免患者骶尾部下沉过多而压住集液袋8等部件。

硬质底板的上表面后侧通过若干根支杆连接有防压疮软垫，防压疮软垫中部开设有圆孔，防压疮软垫与硬质底板之间形成空腔；硬质底板上放置有位于空腔内的集液袋，集液袋的顶部设置有螺纹接口，集液袋的螺纹接口处连接有导流管，导流管的上端部外周连接有封堵气囊，封堵气囊上设置充气口，充气口连接有充气管。
