Background
Generally, when a fastener is screwed to an object, a tool having a handle and a driver bit is used to perform an operation, and a user holds the handle and inserts the driver bit into the fastener to facilitate the driving of the fastener.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a torque-fixing tool 1 of the present invention includes a driver body 10 and a sleeve 20.
The screwdriver body 10 includes a handle 11 and a working rod 12 connected to the handle 11, and at least one of the handle 11 and the working rod 12 is integrally formed with a first blocking structure 111. The sleeve member 20 is rotatably sleeved on the screwdriver body 10, the sleeve member 20 is integrally formed with a second blocking structure 21, and the second blocking structure 21 can be blocked with the first blocking structure 111 in a jumping manner in a rotating direction of the sleeve member 20; when a torsion greater than a predetermined torsion is relatively provided between the sleeve 20 and the screwdriver body 10, at least one of the second retaining structure 21 and the first retaining structure 111 is deformed so that the second retaining structure 21 slides in the rotation direction to pass over the first retaining structure 111. Thereby, damage to the driven workpiece (e.g., screw or other fastener) due to excessive force application is avoided.

Preferably, the sleeve 20 is integrally formed and includes a sleeve body 22 and at least one elastic arm 23 connected to the sleeve body 22, and the at least one elastic arm 23 is provided with the second blocking structure 21. The sleeve 20 further includes a slot 24 extending along the elastic arm 23, the slot 24 extending along a peripheral wall 221 and a top wall 222 of the sheath 22; the elastic arm 23 includes a connecting section 231 thinner than the thickness of the peripheral wall 221 of the sheath 22 and connected to the peripheral wall 221, so as to facilitate the swing of the elastic arm 23.
The handle 11 further includes a circumferentially extending flange 114, the inner surface of the sleeve 20 is provided with a circumferentially extending annular groove 25, and the flange 114 is movably received in the annular groove 25, so that the sleeve 20 rotates along the annular groove 25. The inner surface of the sleeve 20 further includes a groove 26, and the groove 26 is connected to the annular groove 25 and is open to an end surface of the sleeve 20.
In the embodiment, the working rod 12 is wrapped around the handle 11 and integrally formed with a sub-head 121 (such as a cross, a straight line, a hexagonal or other shape), however, the working rod 12 may also be provided with a plug hole at one end for removably receiving the sub-head 121.
Preferably, the sleeve 20 further includes a plurality of concave-convex structures 27, and the concave-convex structures 27 are circumferentially distributed on the outer surface of the circumferential wall 221 at equal angular intervals, so as to facilitate gripping and applying force; the torque-fixing tool 1 further includes an end cap 30, the end cap 30 is rotatably disposed at an end of the handle 11 opposite to the working rod 12, so as to facilitate the palm-supporting for rapidly rotating the screwdriver body 10 or the kit 20 with fingers.
Claims (10)
1. A torque tool, comprising:
the screwdriver body comprises a grab handle and a working rod piece connected with the grab handle, and at least one of the grab handle and the working rod piece is integrally formed with a first blocking structure;
the screwdriver body is rotatably sleeved with the sleeve piece, and a second blocking structure is integrally formed and can be blocked with the first blocking structure in a jumping-off manner in the rotating direction of the sleeve piece;
when a torsion force greater than a predetermined torsion force is relatively provided between the sleeve and the screwdriver body, at least one of the second blocking structure and the first blocking structure deforms, so that the second blocking structure slides in the rotation direction to pass over the first blocking structure.
2. The torque-fixing tool of claim 1, wherein the handle is a plastic member integrally formed with the first retaining structure.
3. The torque tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sleeve is an integrally formed plastic member.
4. The torque tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first blocking structure comprises a plurality of protrusions circumferentially spaced around the driver body.
5. The torque tool as claimed in claim 4, wherein the plurality of protrusions extend in an axial direction of the driver body.
6. The torque tool of claim 1, wherein the second retaining structure comprises at least one protrusion integrally formed on an inner surface of the sleeve.
7. The torque tool as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sleeve is integrally formed and includes a sleeve and at least one spring arm connected to the sleeve, the at least one spring arm having the second engaging structure.
8. The torque tool of claim 1, further comprising an end cap rotatably disposed at an end of the handle opposite the working rod.
9. The torque tool of claim 7, wherein the handle is an integrally formed plastic member; the external member is an integrally formed plastic part; the first blocking structure comprises a plurality of convex parts, and the convex parts of the first blocking structure are circumferentially distributed on the grab handle at equal angular intervals; the plurality of convex parts of the first blocking structure extend to one end surface of the grab handle along one axial direction of the screwdriver body; each convex part of the first blocking structure tapers outwards in the radial direction; each convex part of the second blocking structure comprises an arc convex surface which is convex towards the arc of the first blocking structure, and each arc convex surface of the second blocking structure is blocked between the adjacent convex parts of the first blocking structure; the grab handle also comprises a flange extending along the circumferential direction, a circumferential ring groove extending along the circumferential direction is arranged on the inner surface of the sleeve, and the flange can be movably accommodated in the ring groove; the sleeve further comprises a cutting groove extending along the elastic arm, and the cutting groove extends to a peripheral wall and a top wall of the sleeve body; the elastic arm comprises a connecting section which is thinner than the peripheral wall of the sleeve body and is connected with the peripheral wall; the kit further comprises a plurality of concave-convex structures which are circumferentially distributed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall at equal angular intervals; the inner surface of the sleeve further comprises a groove which is communicated with the annular groove and is opened on one end surface of the sleeve.

The torque tool according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the handle includes a first end portion, the working rod is connected to the first end portion, the sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the first end portion, and the first end portion is integrally formed with the first blocking structure.
