技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是LED技术领域，具体涉及一种特殊结构灯丝LED。
背景技术
白炽灯是一种使用钨丝来作为灯具的灯丝来制作的灯具种类，钨丝灯属于白炽灯中的一种，我们使用钨丝来制作白炽灯，当灯具在通电的情况下就会产生一定的热量，这样就使得灯具达到一定的白炽状态，最后在利用热量的辐射作用来产生我们可以看见的光源，这就是我们所说的钨丝，做为传统光源的一种，白炽灯太过耗电,它大概只有不到十分之一的能量才变成了光能，其它热能都白白被浪费掉，为了解决白炽灯的能耗问题，设计一种特殊结构灯丝LED还是很有必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足，本实用新型目的是在于提供一种特殊结构灯丝LED，通过结构设计调整，在基板底部做凹杯，侧面漏空，光可从侧面发出及向底部折射，在不透明基板之上，实现360°发光，提高灯光效率, 简化灯具生产流程，降低灯具成本。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种特殊结构灯丝LED，包括基板、LED芯片、金属线和荧光胶，基板上交错设置有两排LED芯片，各排相邻的LED芯片之间通过金属线连接，LED芯片表面覆盖有荧光胶。
作为优选，所述的基板采用不透明金属基板。
作为优选，所述的基板底部为凹杯，侧面漏空。
本实用新型的有益效果：通过结构设计调整，在基板底部做凹杯，侧面漏空，光可从侧面发出及向底部折射，在不透明基板上实现360°发光，提高灯光效率, 简化灯具生产流程，降低灯具成本。

为使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本实用新型。
参照图1-4，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：一种特殊结构灯丝LED，包括基板1、LED芯片2、金属线3和荧光胶4，基板1上交错设置有两排LED芯片2，各排相邻的LED芯片2之间通过金属线3连接，LED芯片2表面覆盖有荧光胶4；所述的基板1采用不透明金属基板；所述的基板1底部为凹杯，侧面漏空。
本具体实施方式360°发光，外观比较接近传统白炽灯，大角度发光且不需加透镜，实现立体光源，符合人们传统的视觉感官，LED芯片2表面覆盖有荧光胶4，LED芯片2发出的光须穿过荧光胶4才能发射出去，与传统的LED灯丝结构对比，LED芯片2发出的光与荧光粉接触更充分，从而提高了发光效率，也能在一定程度上减小荧光粉的使用量。
LED电源采用阻容降压驱动,提高整灯光效率同时,降低终端销售成本，使电源功率因数最大化，简化灯具生产流程，灯具成本最小化，LED灯丝主要通过结构设计调整，在基板1底部做凹杯，侧面漏空，光可从侧面发出及向底部折射，在不透明基板1之上，实现360°发光；基板1采用金属制成，不易碎，延展性较强，生产及应用率较高，可操作性强。
