背景技术
随着社会的发展，人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对于服装的功能性，舒适性和美感等提出了更为苛刻的要求。而目前在织物上印刷多种不同花纹与多种不同颜色的图案通常要经过比较繁杂的多次加工工艺，这样就使成本增大，耗时耗工，而且一旦图案印制到织物上以后就无法改变，颜色也无法再改变。

针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种变色转印花基材，可以使织物直接通过烫压或热压转移印花工艺印刷上能根据温度，光强度和紫外线的强弱变化适时呈现出不同颜色和图案变化的印花层，给人视觉上产生一种变幻莫测感觉，具有加工简易，工作效率高，节约能耗和成本低廉的优点。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
一种变色转印花基材，其特征在于包括基材本体、离型剂层和变色印花层，所述基材本体的一侧附着有离型剂层，所述离型剂层表面附着有变色印花层。
所述基材为基纸或者基膜。
所述基纸为纸，所述基膜为高分子薄膜。
所述变色印花层为感温或者感光变色印花层。
感温或者感光变色印花层采用感温或者感光变色油墨与热熔胶混合组成，其质量百分组成比为：感温或者感光变色油墨5％～30％，热熔胶95％～70％。
感温或者感光变色油墨中含有感温或者感光变色微胶囊，其为平均直径1～10微米的圆球状微粒，内部为变色体，表面是一层约0.1～0.4微米厚的透明外壳，它可以根据变色产品的实际要求调制不同的变色油墨。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果：
本实用新型的变色转印花基材，在基材的表面依次设置离型剂层与变色印花层，由于变色印花层选用含有感温或者感光变色微胶囊的变色油墨，使得该基材的印花图案可以直接通过压烫或者热压转印的方式印刷于织物的表面，只需一次加工便实现了织物表面图案能根据温度，光强度和紫外线的强弱变化适时呈现出不同颜色和图案变化的效果，给人视觉上产生一种变幻莫测感觉。具有加工简易，工作效率高，节约能耗和成本低廉的优点，适合大规模地推广和使用。

如图1所示，一种变色转印花基材，其特征在于包括基材本体1、离型剂层2和变色印花层3，所述基材本体1的一侧附着有离型剂层2，所述离型剂层2表面附着有变色印花层3。
实施例1
1)通过印花机在基材本体印花纸1上印刷离型剂，经电加热吹风干燥后形成离型剂层2；
2)通过印花机在离型剂层2上印刷变色印花图案，经电加热吹风干燥后形成变色印花层3。
变色印花层3原料的质量百分比组成为：
感温变色油墨/感光变色油墨     20％
热熔胶                        80％
使用时，将变色印花纸上的变色印花层面对织物放置，通过烫压或热压转移印花工艺一次性将变色印花图案转移到织物上。
实施例2
1)通过印花机在基材本体印花膜(高分子薄膜)1上印刷离型剂，经电加热吹风干燥后形成离型剂层2；
2)通过印花机在离型剂层2上印刷变色印花图案，经电加热吹风干燥后形成变色印花层3。
变色印花层3原料的质量百分比组成为：
感温变色油墨/感光变色油墨     15％
热熔胶                        85％
使用时，将变色印花膜上的变色印花层面对织物放置，通过烫压或热压转移印花工艺一次性将变色印花图案转移到织物上。

3.根据权利要求2所述的变色转印花基材，其特征在于所述基纸为纸，所述基膜为高分子薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的变色转印花基材，其特征在于所述变色印花层为感温或者感光变色印花层。
