技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种微发泡气密性共挤薄膜,主要应用于包装材料领域。
背景技术
目前,家用电器,自车行,厨房、家具和漆品制品等抗震性缓冲包装,主要采用发泡材料。发泡材料占地面积大,运输不便,且回收困难,使用完成后,容易造成白色污染。而采用塑料薄膜制备的气垫,在不充气时,占地面积小,运输储藏极为便利,且回收方便,不会污染环境。但是制作气垫用到的薄膜,需要其具有一定的强度和较高的韧性,且由于气垫为充气后使用,对薄膜的热封性及气密性也有较高的要求。
针对上述技术问题,大多数厂家采用了增加共挤薄膜层数为提高薄膜的综合性能,如中国专利号ZL201120118910.1,公开了一种气垫膜,其特征在于:所述气垫膜为七层共挤薄膜,其自上而下依次为:第一茂金属聚乙烯层、第二茂金属聚乙烯层、第一粘合层、尼龙层、第二粘合层、第三茂金属聚乙烯层和第四茂金属聚乙烯层。本实用新型气垫膜,强度高、韧性好、热封性能佳。
又如中国专利号ZL201120118884.2,公开了一种用于集装箱的气垫膜,其特征在于:所述用于集装箱的气垫膜为七层共挤薄膜,其自上而下依次为:茂金属聚乙烯层、第一粘合层、尼龙层、第二粘合层、低密度聚乙烯层、第一线性低密度聚乙烯层和第二线性低密度聚乙烯层。本实用新型用于集装箱的气垫膜,抗穿刺性能高、韧性好、热封性能佳、成本低。
然而增加共挤薄膜层数虽然能提高薄膜的综合性能,但是也极大地增加了生产成本和生产周期。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种微发泡气密性共挤薄膜,在满足一定的强度和较高的韧性的同时,也具有良好热封性及气密性。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种微发泡气密性共挤薄膜,其中:所述的共挤薄膜为五层薄膜,由外而内依次为微发泡聚乙烯层、第一粘接层、尼龙层、第二粘接层和聚乙烯层。
本实用新型的优点在于:通过不同薄膜层之间的功能互补,来提高综合性能;
内层的聚乙烯层具有良好的热封性和柔韧性,为热封层;
中间的尼龙层具有良好的力学性能,提高共挤薄膜整体的抗拉伸强度,并具有优秀的气密性,可以阻隔空气,为阻隔层;
第一粘接层和第二粘接层,使相邻两种相容性不好的材料能很好的粘合在一起,不易脱层,易于共挤成型;
最外层的微发泡聚乙烯层,具有良好的柔韧度,折叠时无印痕,同时抗穿刺性能好,不易损坏;微发泡聚乙烯外观形似哑光磨砂,同时表面微带粘性,触手柔软,有厚实感,提高产品整体的形象和手感。

本实用新型抗拉伸性能和抗穿刺性能高,柔韧性、热封性和气密性号,且外表美观、手感俱佳。
