技术领域
本实用新型属于核电技术领域,特别涉及一种CAP1400正常余热排出泵快速检修装置。
背景技术
国家核电发展和建设的速度迅猛,但现阶段我国核电站的核泵(核一、二、三级泵)市场基本仍仰赖国外进口,只有部分核三级泵实现了国产化,在当今国家核电大发展的背景下,实现核泵的国产化已经成为国家核电监管部门、核电企业和国内水泵行业的首要迫切任务。
余热排出泵是核电站反应堆余热排出系统的重要组成部分,在极端工况下余热排出泵会出现汽蚀现象,其密封部件也会经常损坏,所以必须及时更换密封组件以及其它相关零部件,然而当前的余热排出泵存在着拆卸困难,维修麻烦的弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的要解决上述技术问题。
    本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:正常余热排出泵快速检修装置,包括起吊螺栓,其特征在于:所述的起吊螺栓上设置有螺母,起吊螺栓上端与吊架连接,下端与法兰的孔焊接。
本实用新型结构设计紧凑,检修时不需拆卸泵体及管道即可针对机械密封进行必要的检修,且可完成轴承组件的更换,简化了拆装流程,有利于故障分析和快速检修。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,但不作为对本实用新型的限制:
    正常余热排出泵快速检修装置,包括起吊螺栓2上设置有螺母201,起吊螺栓2上端与吊架1连接,下端与法兰3的孔焊接。
具体实施时,轴12从上到下依次设置有联轴器8、轴承体部件7、机械密封部件11、节流衬套5、叶轮4,叶轮4通过叶轮锁紧螺钉13和轴12连接;轴承体部件7包含有上轴承座705,轴套703,轴承体部件7从上到下依次设置有上轴承盖701、上密封环702、轴套703、挡圈、下密封环707、下轴承盖708,轴承座705内设置有轴承套体706,轴承套体706与轴套703之间设置有轴承704。
轴承体部件7能支撑泵转子的自身重量以及运转时产生的径向力和残余轴向力,轴承采用滚动轴承脂润滑,减小了轴承体尺寸,节约空间。
部件11采用集装式机械密封,能确保其正常泄漏量不大于5cm3/h的要求;冷却方案采用API682标准的PLAN23方案,拆装方便,密封泄漏由泵本体回收。
在更换机封时,将联轴器8的中间节及联轴器8拆除,后取下上轴承盖701、上密封环702、叶轮锁紧螺钉13,再拆掉联接架与电机相联的四个螺栓用于与吊架1连接,再将法兰3与轴承座705用螺栓连接,最后通过旋转起吊螺栓2上的螺母201,将轴12、轴承体部件7、机械密封部件11整体拆卸,从而方便的更换机械密封部件11。

1.正常余热排出泵快速检修装置,包括起吊螺栓(2),其特征在于:所述的起吊螺栓(2)上设置有螺母(201),起吊螺栓(2)上端与吊架(1)连接,下端与法兰(3)的孔焊接。
