背景技术
目前汽车安装的普通保险杠由外板、缓冲材料和横梁三部分组成，外板和缓冲材料用塑料制成(如:PP,ABS等);横梁用冷轧薄板冲压而成U形槽;外板和缓冲材料附着在横梁的结构,这种结构虽然加工容易，但是成本太高,装配工艺复杂,人工数量多,产品质量没法保证,生产效率低下。

针对上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车用双层吹塑保险杠，通过双层吹塑保险杠模具生产的保险杠，保险杠分外观面层与装配面层，既保证了产品质量，又降低了生产成本和劳动强度。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种汽车用双层吹塑保险杠，分外观面层与装配面层，中间部分真空，其特征在于：所述的与装配面层上分别设有多个安装孔及限位凸台。
所述的外观面层与装配面层通过双层吹塑模具生产，外观面层可以根据顾客要求进行表面处理。
所述的保险杠使用材料为PP或ABS塑料工程材料。
本实用新型，结构简单，不仅减少了缓冲材料和横梁等组件，大量降低生产成本或采购成本，减少了保险杆与缓冲材料, 缓冲材料与横梁的装配工艺,节省了大量装配时间,降低的劳动强度,节省了人工数量,提高了工作效率,提高了产品质量; 而且双层吹塑保险杠的模具开发费用远远低于缓冲材料和横梁的模具开发费用和极大的降低汽车整体重量,提高了汽车的油耗比;同时也实现了普通保险杠吸收和缓和外界冲击力、防护车身前后部的安全装置的功能且美观大方。
