本实用新型涉及一种润滑装置，尤其是一种自卸车底盘自动润滑装置。
背景技术
目前，在各种汽车底盘上，对相对运动的连接副普遍采用油脂（黄油）润滑，由黄油嘴单点加注。在一些狭小空间，该操作十分困难。特别是自卸车，在灰尘较大的状况下工作，油脂易干结，加油频次增加。有时因各种原因使加油不及时，经常造成部件早期磨损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自卸车底盘自动润滑装置，能够根据需要在每次自卸车的举升、下降进行自动加注，并且可实现各点的不同油量加注，解决狭小空间不易进行加注操作以及因人的惰性式其他原因造成的加油不及时问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：自卸车底盘自动润滑装置，其特征在于：包括油箱、油脂加注油缸、递进式分配器，所述油箱通过管路与油脂加注油缸连接，油脂加注油缸通过管路与递进式分配器连接，两个管路上分别设有单向阀，油箱及连接油箱和油脂加注油缸的管路上连接有电磁气阀。
对上述技术方案的改进：所述油箱内设有空气过滤装置。
有益效果：
使用本实用新型所述的自卸车底盘自动润滑装置，该装置在安装时，油脂加注油缸的活塞杆与车厢铰接在一起，油脂加注油缸的缸体与副车架铰接在一起，随着车厢的每一次举升，油脂加注油缸自动完成一次油脂加注，结构设计十分合理、新颖；两个单向阀保证了油脂的吸入和排出；递进式分配器保证油分配至各润滑点，能实现各点的等量与不等量分配；电磁气阀可通过开关控制来以进行油脂加注与不加注的选择。
本实用新型所述的自卸车底盘自动润滑装置，实现了自动，省力，易操控的效果。尤其适用于自卸车和矿山非公路自卸车。

如图1所示的本实用新型自卸车底盘自动润滑装置，包括油箱1、油脂加注油缸2、递进式分配器3，所述油箱1内设有空气过滤装置，油箱1通过管路4与油脂加注油缸2连接，油脂加注油缸2通过管路5与递进式分配器3连接，管路4、5上分别设有单向阀6、7，油箱1及连接油箱1和油脂加注油缸2的管路4上连接有电磁气阀8。
安装时，油脂加注油缸2的活塞杆与车厢9铰接在一起，油脂加注油缸2的缸体与副车架铰接在一起。

1.自卸车底盘自动润滑装置，其特征在于：包括油箱、油脂加注油缸、递进式分配器，所述油箱通过管路与油脂加注油缸连接，油脂加注油缸通过管路与递进式分配器连接，两个管路上分别设有单向阀，油箱及连接油箱和油脂加注油缸的管路上连接有电磁气阀。
