背景技术
数控摆头主要应用于控制刀具的摆轴,通过摆头的摆动来改变刀具的加工角度,可是目前很多数控设备通过一般减速机控制摆头的摆动,往往传动精度不是很好,传动比较小,不能够降低电机的振动,输出的扭矩不高,很难保证加工工件的精确度。

本实用新型电机通过同步带与同步轮连接,同步轮带动谐波减速机转动,可以有效减少电机在低速下的振动,能使输入扭矩较小的电机获得较大的输出扭矩,同时利用谐波减速机小回转隙能够提高数控摆头的精确度。
