Abstract

一种四轴谐波减速机数控摆头,包括谐波减速机、同步轮、同步带、传动电机、联接板、电主轴,所述的传动电机通过同步带连接同步轮,所述的同步轮连接于谐波减速机,谐波减速机通过联接板连接与电主轴。本发明电机通过同步带与同步轮连接,同步轮带动谐波减速机转动,可以有效减少电机在低速下的振动,能使输入扭矩较小的电机获得较大的输出扭矩,同时利用谐波减速机小回转隙能够提高数控摆头的精确度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种数控摆头,具体涉及一种四轴谐波减速机数控摆头。
背景技术
数控摆头主要应用于控制刀具的摆轴,通过摆头的摆动来改变刀具的加工角度,可是目前很多数控设备通过一般减速机控制摆头的摆动,往往传动精度不是很好,传动比较小,不能够降低电机的振动,输出的扭矩不高,很难保证加工工件的精确度。
发明内容
一种四轴谐波减速机数控摆头,包括谐波减速机、同步轮、同步带、传动电机、联接板、电主轴,其特征在于:所述的传动电机通过同步带连接同步轮,所述的同步轮连接于谐波减速机,谐波减速机通过联接板连接与电主轴。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明电机通过同步带与同步轮连接,同步轮带动谐波减速机转动,可以有效减少电机在低速下的振动,能使输入扭矩较小的电机获得较大的输出扭矩,同时利用谐波减速机小回转隙能够提高数控摆头的精确度。

如图:一种四轴谐波减速机数控摆头,包括谐波减速机1、同步轮2、同步带3、传动电机4、联接板5、电主轴6,传动电机4通过同步带3连接同步轮2,同步轮2连接于谐波减速机1,谐波减速机1通过联接板5与电主轴6连接。
