本实用新型的目的是为了解决制作家具需要消耗大量木材的难题，克服钢制家具或塑料家具存在笨重和不美观而不受人们欢迎的不足之处，设计一种重量轻、成本低、美观实用的塑钢组合家具。
本实用新型的塑钢组合家具包括多种形状的组合板，其特征在于组合板包括金属薄板、塑料饰板和发泡塑料，所述金属薄板与塑料饰板围成组合板的外框，发泡塑料充填在金属薄板与塑料饰板之间。
本实用新型由于使用发泡塑料为组合板的主要材料，所以具有重量轻、成本低和密封性能好等优点，而面板使用金属薄板，使家具的防火性能极佳，金属薄板表面可以做喷塑上光处理，所以能使制成品美观实用、色彩宜人，更受人们喜爱，更为重要的是用这种组合板制成的家具不需要木料，有利于对森林资源和环境保护。

具体实施方式
参见附图，图中的1是金属薄板，2是塑料饰板，3是发泡塑料，所述金属薄板1与塑料饰板2围成组合板的外框，发泡塑料3充填在金属薄板1与塑料饰板2之间。金属薄板1为薄钢板或薄铝板或其它薄金属板，用钢板或不锈钢板作组合板的连接件预埋在连接处，金属薄板1的表面可根据需要做各种颜色的喷塑上光处理;塑料饰板2可用工程塑料料制作，在需要安装搁板的位置设有凸条;塑料饰板2与金属薄板1固定连接成外框后，即可在框内充填发泡塑料3，发泡塑料3最好选用阻燃型发泡剂。
