Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种装饰材料。
背景技术
目前家庭装修所使用的板材一般为石膏板或铝板，石膏板易吸灰，时间一长就会发黑发暗，影响美观，还不能清洗，容易刮花和变形；铝板虽然可清洗但是容易生锈，表面涂层容易老化、变黄，并且防潮效果差、不耐腐蚀，极易变形。
发明内容
本实用新型目的提供一种金字塔型装饰板材，以解决现有技术石膏板易吸灰，时间一长就会发黑发暗，影响美观，还不能清洗，容易刮花和变形；铝板虽然可清洗但是容易生锈，表面涂层容易老化、变黄，并且防潮效果差、不耐腐蚀，极易变形等问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是该板材采用BMC材料作为制品原材料；板材正面设置若干坡形面，坡形面为三角形结构，若干坡形面向顶点聚集形成凸起，凸起为金字塔状，板材的侧面设置翻边，翻边内侧设置卡扣，卡扣为长圆形；板材背面设置与凸起对应的凹槽，板材背面的四个角处设置有缺口，缺口和卡扣与龙骨配合。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是采用BMC材料，BMC材料是一种高强度玻璃纤维增强的复合材料，属于热固性的材料，器强度大，该板材为热的不良导体，热量通过气传递都非常少，可以很好地节省空调、浴霸等设备的能耗，板材面上设置方锥形立体造型，既有仿古特色，又极具时尚感，侧面设置翻边，翻边上设置卡扣，背面四个角处设置缺口用来安装，且安装牢固，拆装方便。以金字塔造型，美观、个性、时尚、易拆装、易清洗、抗菌防霉、防潮、防腐蚀、不易锈蚀变形、防噪音性能好、耐老化、节能环保等优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示：板材采用BMC材料作为制品原材料；板材正面设置36个坡形面4，坡形面4为三角形结构，每四个坡形面4向顶点聚集形成凸起5，凸起5为金字塔状，板材的侧面设置4个翻边2，每个翻边2内侧设置成一条直线的两个长圆形卡扣3，板材背面设置与凸起5对应的凹槽，板材背面的四个角处设置有缺口1，缺口1和卡扣3与龙骨配合，以方便拆装。

1.一种金字塔型装饰板材，其特征是该板材正面设置若干坡形面，若干坡形面向顶点聚集形成凸起，凸起为金字塔状，板材的侧面设置翻边，翻边内侧设置卡扣；板材背面设置与凸起对应的凹槽，板材背面的四个角处设置有缺口，缺口和卡扣与龙骨配合。
