Abstract
一种棚板支柱帽座是由帽座本体组成，该帽座本体呈方形体状，帽座本体的上端表面设有长形凹槽平面，帽座本体的下端表面设有六边形凹槽平面；本实用新型帽座通过在帽座的上下端面分别设置不同形状的凹槽平面，一方面有利于支柱的插入连接，连接紧凑；另一方面，有利于保持窑炉内棚板与棚板之间的良好通风。

本实用新型涉及高温窑炉专用配件领域，具体涉及的是一种棚板支柱帽座。
背景技术
在高温窑炉中棚板起着承载被加热工件在窑炉中进行烧制的作用，是窑炉内烧制工件不可缺少的耐高温承载工具；由于现有传统的窑炉棚板，其单个棚板的面积不能制作太大，装窑时需要多根支柱支撑，致使被烧制的大工件产品装载难度大，窑满率低；另一方面，因烧制工件的陶瓷坯体中含有水份和有机质，在烧成过程中形成挥发体排出，陶瓷釉料在高温下也会被蒸发，燃料燃烧后也会残留某些杂质，这些物质附着并侵蚀棚板，进而使得支柱棚板出现松脱现象，并且受侵蚀后易于产生落脏，这些因素都会使陶瓷产品产生落脏缺陷，影响陶瓷制品的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术的不足，提供一种棚板支柱帽座，以解决现有窑炉棚板结构连接不紧凑，棚板出现松脱现象，并且使得大工件制品因窑具无法装载的问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种棚板支柱帽座，是由帽座本体组成，该帽座本体呈方形体状，帽座本体的上端表面设有长形凹槽平面，帽座本体的下端表面设有六边形凹槽平面。
帽座本体采用堇青石-莫来石材料的陶瓷材料组成。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在于：与现有技术相比，本实用新型帽座通过在帽座的上下端面分别设置不同形状的凹槽平面，一方面有利于支柱的插入连接，连接紧凑；另一方面，有利于保持窑炉内棚板与棚板之间的良好通风。

棚板或支柱可以直接插入在帽座本体的长形凹槽平面11内或六边形凹槽平面12内进行支撑使用。
帽座本体1采用堇青石-莫来石材料的陶瓷材料组成。
