Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种门柱外包边铝型材，涉及一种铝合金型材领域。本实用新型解决目前门柱外包边铝型材安装后易松动且抗震性差等问题。该门柱外包边铝型材包括柱体、装饰边及连接槽，所述装饰边内侧设置有与装饰边平行的卡槽，卡槽的两侧为垂直于装饰边的连接板，连接板的端部垂直固定有卡板。本实用新型结构简单、制作容易、安装方便且牢固结实。

本实用新型涉及一种铝合金型材领域，特别是涉及一种门柱外包边铝型材。
背景技术
目前铝型材就是铝棒通过热熔后挤压而成不同截面形状的铝材料。在建筑装饰及装潢中，人们已广泛应用铝型材来制作窗户、门以及各种框架，铝型材也以其轻便、美观及防火性能好而广受用户喜爱。而现有的门柱外包边铝型材的结构设计不合理，特别是门柱外包边铝型材的装饰边若制作较厚时则增加成本，因而门柱外包边铝型材的装饰边通常是较薄的，而且门柱外包边铝型材的装饰边一般都是较宽的，因此使得门柱外包边在安装后呈现出整体不牢固的缺陷；同时现有的门柱外包边铝型材相互对接后易松动且抗震性差，存在安装后不结实的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构简单、制作容易、安装方便且牢固结实的门柱外包边铝型材。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的一种门柱外包边铝型材，所述门柱外包边铝型材包括柱体、装饰边及连接槽，所述装饰边内侧设置有与装饰边平行的卡槽，卡槽的两侧为垂直于装饰边的连接板，连接板的端部垂直固定有卡板。
所述卡槽位于连接槽内侧。
本实用新型有益效果是：本实用新型的门柱外包边铝型材结构简单，安装方便；制作容易，成本低廉；本实用新型设置的卡槽一方面增强了门柱外包边自身的牢固性，同时通过角钢板拼接使得门柱外包边不易松动，牢固结实，有效地提高了抗震性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实施例的门柱外包边铝型材包括柱体1、装饰边2及连接槽3，装饰边2内侧设置有与装饰边2平行的卡槽4，卡槽4的两侧为垂直于装饰边的连接板5，连接板5的端部垂直固定有卡板6，卡槽4位于连接槽3内侧。
如图2所示，将角钢板7的一边插入门柱外包边铝型材的卡槽4内后再与另一门柱外包边铝型材以45°角对接并将角钢板7的另一边插入另一门柱外包边铝型材的卡槽内，即可实现将两个门柱外包边铝型材固定结实。

1.一种门柱外包边铝型材，所述门柱外包边铝型材包括柱体、装饰边及连接槽，其特征在于，所述装饰边内侧设置有与装饰边平行的卡槽，卡槽的两侧为垂直于装饰边的连接板，连接板的端部垂直固定有卡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门柱外包边铝型材，其特征在于，所述卡槽位于连接槽内侧。
