背景技术
目前铝型材就是铝棒通过热熔后挤压而成不同截面形状的铝材料。在建筑装饰及装潢中，人们已广泛应用铝型材来制作窗户、门以及各种框架，铝型材也以其轻便、美观及防火性能好而广受用户喜爱。而现有的门柱外框铝型材的结构设计不合理，特别是门柱外框铝型材的连接板与拼板对接需要依据门柱的大小而定，而实际生产的拼板宽度虽然有不同的型号，但仍然满足不了在实践中的安装需求。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构简单、制作容易、安装方便且能灵活应对门柱大小的门柱外框铝型材。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的一种门柱外框铝型材包括面板及连接板，所述连接板外侧中部垂直固定有固定板，固定板的外端垂直固定有卡板，固定板垂直固定于卡板的中部。
所述固定板与卡板的厚度均等于面板的厚度。
本实用新型有益效果是：本实用新型的门柱外框铝型材结构简单，安装方便；制作容易，成本低廉；本实用新型卡板与拼板上的不同位置的卡槽对接后可满足不同大小门柱的实际安装工作需要，避免对拼板自身宽度要求的限制。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实施例的门柱外框铝型材包括面板1及连接板2，连接板2外侧中部垂直固定有固定板3，固定板3的外端垂直固定有卡板4，固定板3垂直固定于卡板4的中部。固定板3与卡板4的厚度均等于面板1的厚度。
如图2所示，拼板5的一端依次设置有卡槽6，依据门柱的大小将卡板4插入拼板5上相对应的卡槽6内，即可实现门柱外框铝型材与拼板所围的大小适合门柱的要求，避免了没有合适宽度的拼板而带来的困扰。

1.一种门柱外框铝型材，所述门柱外框铝型材包括面板及连接板，其特征在于，所述连接板外侧中部垂直固定有固定板，固定板的外端垂直固定有卡板，固定板垂直固定于卡板的中部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门柱外框铝型材，其特征在于，所述固定板与卡板的厚度均等于面板的厚度。
