Abstract

一种皮带机张紧机构,其结构为联轴器、行星减速器、永磁同步电机、失电制动器、旋转变压器顺序连接,其特征是,联轴器将轴承与行星减速器的输出端相连接,行星减速器的输入端与永磁同步电机相连接,同时永磁同步电机与失电制动器相连接,在永磁同步电机轴末端与旋转变压器相连接,永磁同步电机作为系统动力装置。将行星减速器与联轴器的连接顺序互换,形成另外一种新的张紧结构。

本实用新型涉及一种皮带张紧机构,体积小、张紧力大。 
背景技术
目前,公知的皮带机张紧机构是由滚筒、行星减速器、异步电动机、液压制动器、轴承支座和底板装配而成。但是,由于液压制动需要额外的液压系统以及动力系统作为支持,需要额外空间进行安放。并且异步电机的体积相比同功率转速下的永磁同步电动机体积大。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种张紧机构,结构为联轴器、行星减速器、永磁同步电机、失电制动器、旋转变压器顺序连接,其特征是,联轴器将轴承与行星减速器的输出端相连接,行星减速器的输入端与永磁同步电机相连接,同时永磁同步电机与失电制动器相连接,在永磁同步电机轴末端与旋转变压器相连接,永磁同步电机作为系统动力装置。将行星减速器与联轴器的连接顺序互换,形成另外一种新的张紧结构。 
传统张紧机采用液压制动,制动滞后,对整体皮带机的灵敏性影响较大。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将变频永磁同步电机以及电磁制动器集成于整个张紧机构当中,实现动力输出以及控制的一体化设计。采用了失电制动器,便可将液压制动进行替换,能比液压制动更快速的实现制动以及电机运行状态之间的切换。同时,电磁制动系统更节约空间。永磁同步电机比异步电动机的功率密度大,所需安装空间较小。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以在有限空间完成安装,同时控制反应速度更加快速,实现方式简单。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实例对本实用新型进一步说明。 
在图1中,状态信号控制控制电机以及11失电制动器通电,电机正常运转,通过5行星减速器将高转速小扭矩转化为大扭矩小转速输出,通过3联轴器与4滚筒相连,保证力矩稳定输出。当张力足够时,状态信号控制切断电机以及失电制动器电源,保证失电制动器处于制动状态。整体系统在新的工况下进行工作。一旦出现故障,状态信号或者意外情况停电,电机与失电制动器会同时切断电源,保证系统安全。 

Claims (4)

1.一种皮带机张紧机构,结构为联轴器、行星减速器、永磁同步电机、失电制动器、旋转变压器顺序连接,其特征是,联轴器将轴承与行星减速器的输出端相连接,行星减速器的输入端与永磁同步电机相连接,同时永磁同步电机与失电制动器相连接,在永磁同步电机轴末端与旋转变压器相连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带机张紧机构,其特征是:行星减速器与联轴器连接顺序互换成为一套新的张紧结构。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮带机张紧机构,其特征是:失电制动器作为制动元件。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的皮带机张紧机构,其特征是:永磁同步电机作为动力输出单元。
