本实用新型公开了一种外置油槽装置，包括底座本体、油槽，所述的底座本体由钢结构注塑混泥土制成，油槽为一条角钢利用焊接的方式设置于底座本体侧面。所述的油槽的上端边缘高于底座本体上工作台所在位置的最低点。本实用新型的油槽为一条角钢利用焊接的方式设置于底座本体侧面，利用一个小部件就解决了油外漏的问题，不占体积，焊接的方式连接牢固，密封性能好，损坏后维修方便，当油流出时由于油槽上端边缘高于底座本体工作台最低点，有效的阻止油的外漏，达成循环利用的效果，避免浪费。

本实用新型涉及一种油槽，特别是一种可有效防止油外泄的外置油槽装置。
背景技术
随着数控技术的日益发展，数控机床已经被广泛运用，它的操作简单、加工速度快的优点让许多生产厂家选择用数控机床加工零件，机床加工大部分为铁件，在机床加工的时候会产生大量的热，不仅会损坏刀具，更重要的是产生零件的报废，非常浪费，生产者就会给零件喷油降温，然而如果没有一种可以将油回收的装置，油很容易就会消耗殆尽，相当浪费。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种能有效防止油外漏，并且进行回收利用的外置油槽装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案：
一种外置油槽装置，包括底座本体、油槽，所述的底座本体由钢结构注塑混泥土制成，油槽为一条角钢利用焊接的方式设置于底座本体侧面。
作为优选，所述的油槽的上端边缘高于底座本体上工作台所在位置的最低点。

1.一种外置油槽装置，包括底座本体（1）、油槽（2），其特征在于，所述的底座本体（1）由钢结构注塑混泥土制成，油槽（2）为一条角钢利用焊接的方式设置于底座本体（1）侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外置油槽装置，其特征在于，所述的油槽（2）的上端边缘高于底座本体（1）上工作台（3）所在位置的最低点。
