本实用新型提供了一种车用动力电池包组件,包括电池包和出风管道,所述电池包呈多边形,电池包底面的一端或两端与水平面形成夹角,在电池包外壳的外部的一个侧面安装有高压集成控制模块,高压集成控制模块通过线束与电池包相连。本实用新型的电池包组件,电池包采用整体多边形结构,电池包底面与水平面形成夹角,将高压集成控制模块安装在电池包外壳外部的一侧,使得电池包整体结构更加紧凑,可提高电池包和车上各部件的紧密配合,缩小占用空间,提高行李箱的使用空间,同时便于电池包安装及高压集成控制模块的维护。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池包组件,特别涉及一种车用动力电池包组件。
背景技术
传统的电池包体积大,能量密度相对较低,其安装在车上时,占用行李箱空间,影响到整车空间的利用率,增大油耗,且电池包上的高压集成控制模块因安装位置不当,造成维护困难,装配难度及维护成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可提高行李箱利用率、便于安装和维护的车用动力电池包组件。通过以下方案实现:
一种车用动力电池包组件,包括电池包和出风管道,所述电池包呈多边形,电池包底面的一端或两端与水平面形成夹角,在电池包外壳的外部的一个侧面安装有高压集成控制模块,高压集成控制模块通过线束与电池包相连。
为便于加工,所述电池包底面两端分别与水平面形成的夹角角度相同。
为了更好的与车上的减震支架相互配合,所述电池包底面与水平面形成的夹角优选30~75度。
与现有的电池包对比,本实用新型的车用动力电池包组件,电池包采用整体多边形结构,电池包底面与水平面形成夹角,将高压集成控制模块安装在电池包外壳外部的一侧,使得电池包整体结构更加紧凑,提高电池包的能量密度,降低油耗,可提高电池包和车上各部件的紧密配合,缩小占用空间,提高行李箱的使用空间,同时便于电池包安装及高压集成控制模块的维护。

具体实施方式
实施例只是为了说明本实用新型的一种实现方式,不作为对本实用新型保护范围的限制性说明。
实施例1
一种车用动力电池包组件,其整体结构正面示意如图1所示。电池包组件包括电池包1和出风管道3,电池包1整体呈多边形,电池包1底面的两端4与平面形成35度夹角;出风管道3安装在电池包1两端的底部,电池包1外壳的外部的一个侧面安装有高压集成控制模块2,如图2所示,高压集成控制模块2通过线束5与电池包1相连。
实际安装时,电池包组件与车上各部件的位置分布如图3所示。电池包1布置在由行李箱隔板6、后排座椅7、减震支架8、后支架9与行李箱内饰板10形成的空间内,安装在电池包1两端底部的出风管道3放置在由减震支架8、后支架9与行李箱内饰板10形成的空间内,高压集成控制模块2布置在由电池包1、后支架9与后排座椅7形成的夹角空间内。电池包1避开了减震支架8形成的斜角,电池包1与后排座椅7靠得更紧密,减小占用空间,提高了行李箱空间;高压集成控制模块2的安装布置,让电池包1结构更加紧凑,提高空间利用率,提高电池包能量密度,减低油耗,同时将后排座椅7移开后就可以对集成控制模块2进行维护及安装,方便操作。
实施例2
一种车用动力电池包组件,其结构与实施例1中的电池包组件相同,电池包1底面的两端4与平面形成65度夹角。

1.一种车用动力电池包组件,包括电池包和出风管道,其特征在于:所述电池包呈多边形,电池包底面的一端或两端与水平面形成夹角,在电池包外壳的外部的一个侧面安装有高压集成控制模块,高压集成控制模块通过线束与电池包相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的车用动力电池包组件,其特征在于:所述电池包底面两端分别与水平面形成的夹角角度相同。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的车用动力电池包组件,其特征在于:所述电池包底面与水平面形成的夹角为30~75度。
