背景技术
糖果是以白砂糖、粉糖浆或允许使用的甜味剂,食用色素为主要原料,按一定生产工艺要求加工制成的固态或半固态甜味食品,长期以来,深受人们的喜爱。但目前市面上销售的糖果口感比较单一,难于引起人们的购买欲望。且现有的糖果除了能给人体补充点能量外,并无其他的功效,如保健功效,鉴于上述问题,目前市场缺少一种能够吸引消费者、口感多样化,且具有多种保健功能的糖果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提出一种能够吸引消费者、糖体不添加色素香精的、风味独具特色的,天然口味强的、具有多种保健功能的新型保健软糖。
为解决此技术问题,本实用新型采取以下方案:一种新型保健软糖,包括软糖体,所述软糖体内均匀嵌有肉眼可见的木耳碎块,所述软糖体内具有中空容腔,所述中空容腔内设有山药浆料夹心。
[0005] 通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:本新型在保健软糖,以谷物膨化粉为添加剂所制得的软糖体均匀嵌有肉眼可见的木耳碎块,食用时具有木耳的味道和口感,使得本实用新型保健软糖除了具有软糖体的美味和营养外,还含有木耳的食天然营养食用价值,木耳又名黑木耳、云耳、桑耳、松耳、中国黑真菌。木耳质地柔软,口感细嫩,味道鲜美,风味特殊,是一种营养丰富的著名食用菌;可素可荤,不但为菜肴大添风采,而且能养血驻颜,祛病延年。木耳中铁的含量极为丰富,故常吃木耳能养血驻颜,令人肌肤红润,容光焕发,并可防治缺铁性贫血;木耳含有维生素K,能减少血液凝块,预防血栓症的发生,有防治动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的作用;木耳中的胶质可把残留在人体消化系统内的灰尘、杂质吸附集中起来排出体外,从而起到清胃肠的作用;它还有帮助消化纤维类物质功能,对无意中吃下的难以消化的头发、谷壳、木渣、沙子、金属屑等异物有溶解与氧化作用,因此,它是矿山、化工和纺织工人不可缺少的保健食品。将其与无糖软糖体巧妙结合,风味独具风格,天然口味强。

如图1本实用新型实施例公开一种新型保健软糖,包括软糖体1,所述软糖体1内均匀嵌有肉眼可见的木耳碎块2。所述软糖体1由糖或淀粉糖浆为主料,以谷物膨化粉为添加剂代替色素、调味剂,制成糖果。具体方法包括以下工艺制成:取糖或淀粉糖浆40~90重量份加入7~20份的水,进行熬煮浓缩至原重量的60~90时,加入谷物膨化粉0.1~20份,搅拌均匀后,浇模压片成型,选用谷物膨化粉代替人造香精、色素,避免了对人体的危害,使糖果产品具有天然食品的口味,保证了糖果食品的安全性。

所述软糖体1内具有中空容腔,所述中空容腔内设有山药浆料夹心3。山药浆料夹心3进一步加强了本新型软糖的保健效果,同时还使得本新型软糖的口感更好、风味更独特,山药含有皂甙、黏蛋白、黏多糖、氨基酸、维生素C等保健物质。其中黏蛋白和黏多糖最为宝贵,黏蛋白是其最大的优点,对人体有特殊的保健作用,可以预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,保持血管弹性,消脂避免肥胖。
