Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,包括以无氧铜TU为材质的导体,导体外镀镍,镀镍导体外包覆有PPEK绝缘层;PPEK绝缘层外绕包有一层耐火云母带;耐火云母带外编织有镀镍铜丝保护层;PPEK绝缘层为高分子材料为杂环联苯聚醚酮的绝缘层。本实用新型是以聚醚酮树脂为绝缘层,通过0—400℃的高温熔挤技术加工而成具有如下特点:耐热性稳定;耐辐照不小于107Gy;绝缘性能好,体积电阻率1016ΩCM,电击穿强度42Kv/mm;拉伸强度不小于106Pma;阻燃性能优,氧指数33;100℃水汽中长期安全工作,且防潮防霉;化学稳定性优,耐汽油、丙酮、乙醇、二甲苯及海水;无毒性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电缆领域,具体为一种新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,尤其是工业化、信息化进程的加快,社会的各个方面都取得了质的飞跃,在整个社会的进步中,作为诸多设备的动力源泉电力起到了不可替代的作用,而作为电力的输送导体电缆,则功不可没。
随着电力的广泛普及应用,对于传送电力的电缆设备提出了越来越高的要求,电缆不仅仅要耐高温、抗辐射、耐酸碱,而且还要求电缆包覆层无毒、环保,并且价格低廉。
现有的耐高温特种电缆领域的绝缘物采用的多为氟树脂,比重大(2.1—2.2)、含氟有毒性,环保清洁,并且不耐水解和辐射。
因此,提供一种环保清洁,并且无毒、耐高温、耐水解和耐辐射的新型特种电缆,已经是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的不足,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,且无毒、耐高温、水解和辐射,并且环保的新型特种电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,包括以无氧铜TU为材质的导体1,导体1外镀镍,其特征在于:镀镍导体1外包覆有PPEK绝缘层2;
所述的PPEK绝缘层2外绕包有一层耐火云母带3;
所述的耐火云母带3外编织有镀镍铜丝保护层4;
所述的PPEK绝缘层2为高分子材料为杂环联苯聚醚酮的绝缘层。
积极有益效果:本实用新型是以镀镍铜线为导体,以聚醚酮树脂为绝缘层。通过0—400℃的高温熔挤技术加工而成具有如下特点:耐热性稳定,导体长期工作温度250℃;耐辐照不小于107Gy;绝缘性能好,体积电阻率1016ΩCM,电击穿强度42Kv/mm;拉伸强度不小于106Pma;阻燃性能优,氧指数33;耐水解,100℃水汽中长期安全工作,且防潮防霉;化学稳定性优,耐汽油、丙酮、乙醇、二甲苯及海水;比重轻1.32,是氟树脂的60%,无毒性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
如图1所示,新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,包括以无氧铜TU为材质的导体1,导体1外镀镍,镀镍导体1外包覆有PPEK绝缘层2;
所述的PPEK绝缘层2外绕包有一层耐火云母带3;
如图2所示,所述的耐火云母带3外编织有镀镍铜丝保护层4;
所述的PPEK绝缘层2为高分子材料为杂环联苯聚醚酮的绝缘层。
本实用新型的采用如下步骤制得而成;
1.产品结构设计。
1.1以优质无氧铜TU为导体。经拉伸后镀镍(单根或绞合)用以保护长期工作温度250℃下的铜线不被氧化变色。
1.2杂环联苯聚醚酮是代表国际先进水平的耐高温树脂、无污染、环保清洁、抗辐射、耐高温水汽的新材料做电缆的绝缘层;
1.3 PPEK热塑性树脂,颗粒状,通过0-400℃的挤塑机呈熔融态,在成形模具及压力下被连续挤包在镀镍导线上,可实现大长度、无缝绝缘(PPEK粒料在进入料仓前要预热100℃·3h);
1.4被绝缘好的线芯,经火花机电检合格后,进入绕包机,包上云母带或玻纤带,绕包应紧密、无打褶;
1.5为保护好电缆不受外界挤伤和抗干扰;通过编织机,编织一层镀镍(银)铜线形成紧密的轻型保护层。
1.6试制好的电缆。要经过机械和电性能试验,达标后方可入库,供用户选用。

1.新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,包括以无氧铜TU为材质的导体(1),导体(1)外镀镍,其特征在于:镀镍导体(1)外包覆有PPEK绝缘层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,其特征在于:所述的PPEK绝缘层(2)外绕包有一层耐火云母带(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,其特征在于:所述的耐火云母带(3)外编织有镀镍铜丝保护层(4)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型PPEK绝缘特种电缆,其特征在于:所述的PPEK绝缘层(2)为高分子材料为杂环联苯聚醚酮的绝缘层。
