本实用新型公开了一种电袋复合除尘器，包括含尘气体入口、静电除尘室、第一隔板、水雾喷射装置、第二隔板和布袋除尘室，所述含尘气体入口、静电除尘室、第一隔板、水雾喷射装置、第二隔板和布袋除尘室从左至右依次连接，所述静电除尘室、水雾喷射装置和布袋除尘室底部设置有灰斗，所述灰斗和水雾喷射装置、布袋除尘室之间设置有烟气通道。本实用新型设计合理，通过在静电除尘室和布袋除尘室之间设置水雾喷射装置，使气体中的微小灰尘得到沉积，进一步获得过滤后的良好空气质量。

本实用新型涉及一种除尘器，特别涉及一种电袋复合除尘器。
背景技术
 电袋复合除尘器，是一种有机集成静电除尘和过滤除尘两种除尘机理的新型节能高效除尘器，其通过两种除尘器之间的配合获得含尘量低的空气，但由于其适用于捕集细小、干燥、非纤维性粉尘，这类物质中含有极细小的颗粒，仅仅靠两者之间的配合工作，不易将含尘气体中的尘埃过滤干净，且这类气体较为干燥，空气湿度不易达标。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计合理，可进一步提高除尘后空气质量的一种电袋复合除尘器。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：包括含尘气体入口、静电除尘室、第一隔板、水雾喷射装置、第二隔板和布袋除尘室，所述含尘气体入口、静电除尘室、第一隔板、水雾喷射装置、第二隔板和布袋除尘室从左至右依次连接，所述静电除尘室、水雾喷射装置和布袋除尘室底部设置有灰斗，所述灰斗和水雾喷射装置、布袋除尘室之间设置有烟气通道。
作为优选的技术方案，所述静电除尘室内设置有收尘极，所述收尘极连接有振打装置。
作为优选的技术方案，所述布袋除尘室内设置有滤袋，外部联通有净气室，所述净气室连接有净化气体出口。
作为优选的技术方案，所述水雾喷射装置连接有导流管，所述导流管连接有储水箱。
本实用新型的有益效果是：设计合理，通过在静电除尘室和布袋除尘室之间设置水雾喷射装置，可将含尘气体中的细微尘埃进行沉淀，由于重力原因颗粒自然落入灰斗，另一部分没有达到重量的灰尘，由于粘合在一起，体积增大，也可通过滤袋，将灰尘阻截与滤袋外，进一步过滤后的含尘气体，在进入净气室后会得到较高的空气质量，由于排放浓度可以长期、稳定的保持在30mg/Nm3以下，满足对环境质量有严格要求的地区使用，且烟气中的大部分粉尘在电场中被收集，除尘器的气路系统设计合理，所以除尘器的总压力可以保持在700-900Pa之间。使除尘器的运行费用远远低于袋式除尘器。

参阅图1所示的一种电袋复合除尘器，包括含尘气体入口1、静电除尘室3、第一隔板5、水雾喷射装置6、第二隔板7和布袋除尘室13，所述含尘气体入口1、静电除尘室3、第一隔板5、水雾喷射装置6、第二隔板7和布袋除尘室13从左至右依次连接，所述静电除尘室3、水雾喷射装置6和布袋除尘室13底部设置有灰斗15，所述灰斗15和水雾喷射装置6、布袋除尘室13之间设置有烟气通道14。
其中，所述静电除尘室3内设置有收尘极2，所述收尘极2连接有振打装置4，可将附着在收尘极2上的尘埃震落至灰斗15，避免影响工作质量。
所述布袋除尘室13内设置有滤袋12，外部联通有净气室8，所述净气室8连接有净化气体出口11。
所述水雾喷射装置6连接有导流管9，所述导流管9连接有储水箱10，可将含尘气体中的微小颗粒凝结，沉淀至灰斗15中。
本实用新型的有益效果是：设计合理，通过在静电除尘室和布袋除尘室之间设置水雾喷射装置，可将含尘气体中的细微尘埃进行沉淀，由于重力原因颗粒自然落入灰斗，另一部分没有达到重量的灰尘，由于粘合在一起，体积增大，也可通过滤袋，将灰尘阻截与滤袋外，进一步过滤后的含尘气体，在进入净气室后会得到较高的空气质量，由于排放浓度可以长期、稳定的保持在30mg/Nm3以下，满足对环境质量有严格要求的地区使用，且烟气中的大部分粉尘在电场中被收集，除尘器的气路系统设计合理，所以除尘器的总压力可以保持在700-900Pa之间。使除尘器的运行费用远远低于袋式除尘器。
